Itinerario

Enjoyable three hour tour. Smooth ferry ride across to two nearby islands in Oslofjord and an hour on each island for a gentle walk. Nice views across the water to other islands and to Oslo. I particularly enjoyed the summer houses in Scandinavian colors -deep red, ochre yellow, blue and white. Locals were using the same ferry to get to their summer houses, carrying bags of food, maybe some clothes and drinks. Like being in the country side, but so close to Oslo central. Our guide explained some local history which was interesting. We walked past some local swimming spots, mainly ladder rungs going down rocky granite to the fjord. A very worthwhile short day trip from Oslo, showing something that locals enjoy.
Our guide was the best we could have hoped for. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.
It was a pretty nice tour to become feeling of Norway. I liked the ships, walking on the islands, and ruines. Also we saw a wild fox.
We only went to two islands . Ferry schedule changed so we had to return to port & get a different ferry
Hello, and thank you very much for booking a trip with us! On this trip we visit two islands in the Oslofjord. Unfortunately, the boat company changed its routes on the very day you joined the trip, and we were not prepared for that. Therefore, we had to change boats in the middle of the trip. It is regrettable, but both islands are equally beautiful!
The tour operator canceled the tour on the morning of the tour with no explanation. Very unprofessional behavior.
Thank you. I wrote: Good morning. I am really really sorry but I have to cancel your tour today. I will make sure you get a 100% refund. Sorry! The reason was a very private situation for the guide that we could not share with you. Your money was refunded 100%.
We really enjoyed our tour with Miles. He’s very knowledgeable about the islands, Oslo and the Norwegian way of life. The tour itinerary was just right.
Very nice walk. The guide that accompanied us was very communicative, friendly and very helpful. Five stars for her.
This tour description is quite a bit misleading. It is an extreme amount of walking and hiking. There was no "trikk" but a trek through town walking to the boat. This should be advertised as a island walking tour!!
Thank you very much for your booking. This is the first time we have experienced someone calling this tour a huge amount of walking. We have thousands of guests every year. We stroll around two islands, looking at life and telling stories about the different islands. It is sad that you experienced it that way. It is possible to participate in the tour without walking around.
Great tour! I was the only person. I felt like I got to know Bergen very well including the history of Bergen. My guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The tour guides were great. I did read that we would be touring an island of cabins so the tour was represented well. I felt badly because I guess I didn’t realize we would be trapping right through the neighborhood on the second island. I felt badly being around the people who lived there who were just trying to live their lives. I felt like many in the group went off path and were not respectful of the fact that it was a reserve. I felt like this was the first time I participated in overtoirism.
