Had a lovely day on this tour, visiting the castle and having 3 tastings. The last wine place we went to - Lavaux Vinorama - was particularly stunning, with really good wines. Had a very nice lunch with an amazing view surrounded by vines. You get to see a lot of the area - passing through some of the towns as well as getting great views from the hills. Would recommend if you want to see the area and understand a bit more about, and taste, Swiss wines.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about wine tasting, the vinards and the process of making wine. The sommelier were nice, and one in particular was like a brother! The Castle excursion was top notch as well. This was a terrific experience for my wife and I, the scenery, the wine and the interactions made this excursion!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your wife enjoyed the tour, from the vineyards and wine tasting to the Castle excursion. It’s great to know our team (and especially our sommelier brother) made your experience special. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable wine adventure soon!
Pros: lots of wine! Off the beaten path - We would not have been able to travel to these places without a guide. Amazing views of Lake Geneva. Friendly English speaking tour guide and hosts at each winery. Cons: A miscommunication caused use to wait an hour to be picked up. I recommend contacting the tour guide in advance to confirm pick up location and time. It’s a long day- Our tour included 2 wineries, visit to Chateau Chillion, and 1 tasting room representing multiple wineries. Each location was in different regions, so there was lots of driving.
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are delighted to learn that you enjoyed the selection of wines, the scenic views of Lake Geneva, and the warm hospitality provided by both our guide and the winery hosts. It is always our aim to offer guests access to unique locations that are not easily reached without guidance, and we are pleased that this aspect of the tour met your expectations. We sincerely regret the miscommunication regarding the pick-up arrangements and appreciate your constructive suggestion. Please be assured that we are reviewing our procedures to ensure clearer communication and a smoother experience for future guests. We also acknowledge that the itinerary covers multiple regions and involves extended travel; however, our goal is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the area’s finest wineries and cultural landmarks within a single day. We value your comments greatly and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on another tour in the future.
We had an incredible time touring the vineyards and shops! The tour guide was very polite and knowledgeable on the topic. Would absolutely recommend it to everyone!
Mr. Ioannis We are glad that you created a pleasant experience with us!!
Great tour experience, we totally recommend it!! Every aspect was both organized and original. Our guide was also well informed & helpful.
Thank you very much Aspa!! We hope see you again in different your experience!!!
The guide was excellent, both in driving and in the tour. The excursion offered plenty of wine, a variety of flavors, and stunning views! The ride along the Swiss Riviera on the way to the wine cellars was simply breathtaking. The addition of the castle visit was a clever touch – 45 minutes of exploring a part of Swiss history, providing a pleasant break from all the wine. The only downside I would mention is that there were no snacks or accompaniments with the wines at the cellars, but this is not the organizer's fault.
Thank you Poly for your great review. Our staff try yo be the best. We noted your observation and why try to solve it.
