Absolutely loved this tour, was far more than it just being based on food. Ammar took us to other parts of the city to show us and talk to us about the local ruins. We also visited a mosque which was just wow. As for the locals they were all so welcoming. My wife wasn't feeling very well on the night of the walk and half way through she needed to go back to the hotel, Ammar escorted her back with me making sure she was ok before continuing the tour. I have continued the tour the following night with my wife feeling better re-visiting points of interest.
Very detailed city tour, we tried besides tea and coffee also different local food, delicious!
Abed is a great story teller with amazing knowledge of the city’s history. The tour is captivating, informative and extremely Fun. If you like to experience places like a local, this is the tour to book. Also, you get to taste amazing food and drinks from places you will normally not visit as a tourist. ☺️
Excellent value, visited many places in Aqaba tasting food, taking in the local culture and history of this great little city. Guide Muhammad was excellent both in knowledge and personality. Exceptional.
Mohammed and Mo gave us a good insight into Jordanian life and customs. We learned a lot about Aqaba and visited some culinary places. Both are very nice and always helpful. We wish both many more such great tours and all the best.
The tour with Mohammed through the old town of Aqaba was really special. Through his explanations and many friends in the shops we were able to experience, “smell” and “taste” traditional life. We really enjoyed the evening with Mohammed and his friend Mo.
Mohamed met us on tie, was chatty and friendly, very proud to be Jordanian clearly oved Aqaba. He was an excellent guide. The tour took us through the markets and the old souk. We met some great characters and ate and drank wonderful coffee, tea, and street food. We sat by the beach at night and relaxed with lemon and mint drink while listening to him talk about Jordan. It was everything that was promised and more. Recommended.
The tour with Abed was great . His English is easy to understand and is also enough for conversations about the country and people. The places visited were very different and each one special.
Me and my wife had a wonderful tour through Akaba with Abed. He showed us a lot of his favorite and typical places. From the beginning to the end we felt like very good friends or family. Abed is also very interested in other cultures. He speaks excellent English and has also a small hotel called Relax House in downtown. Abed brought us also much closer to the Jordan culture and we understand many things much better now. We can warmly recommend this Tour. Thank you again Abed!
This was a great tour exploring local shops and markets, mainly tasting local delicacies which was fun. Make sure you go hungry!
