Excellent organization, professional and helpful guide. My 12-year-old son was also involved and appreciated it very much. To repeat, highly recommended!
Excellent knowledge of the area and the background. Guide was patient and knew to hit the highlights even though we only had a short time together.
The guide was helpful and knowledgeable but seemed distracted by her phone and phone calls. She didn't seem prepared - asking us as we were starting what we wanted to see. That seems like a question to ask well in advance of the moment the tour starts so thought could be applied as this is a place 3/4 of us have never been. Mainly, it was nice to have a private tour without the hassle of a group.
Guided tour with Angela from 5 stars! With professionalism, kindness and passion he accompanied us to discover the excavations providing detailed explanations but also curious and interesting stories and tales! A nice 2-hour tour, complete and exhaustive! Really nice experience, highly recommended!
We enjoyed a private tour in the bridge on April 25. We were two families. We had a very experienced guide, Angela Laghetto, and super helpful who never spared herself. In two hours he guided us to the most significant places of the site managing to avoid the flow of tourists. Only regret not having had her with us for a greater number of hours!
We stopped by this agency for a visit to Pompeii an apm. We took the opportunity to take the private family tour with our two children aged 7 and 10. Very good contact on the phone and very professional organization. We had heard of Ciro for the French tour (avi TripAdvisor) and he was available that day. We had a great time and a great visit. Ciro was very patient (plenty of questions from me 😉), very nice, full of anecdotes, the children also very much liked the visit of this superb site. Thank you Ciro, it was perfect and we will remember this beautiful visit of Pompeii!
We went down from the Circumvesuviana station where we found a guide telling us to go upstairs for the free map. Upstairs we were informed that the guide was at the entrance but that they had to buy a ticket. Then they made us wait on a terrace for half an hour and then led us to another place to get the radios. All while insulting the tourists by saying they understood nothing. Don't stop there, go further.
Grazie. Valentina
Our guide for Pompeii was Carmine and he was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and engaging and answered all of our questions. Our teenage kids were fascinated with the facts they learnt. I would 100% recommend this guided tour!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Pompeii with Romolo! He was incredibly knowledgable and engaging. Very friendly and offered to take family pictures at perfect spots. Really brought the ruins to life and gave us a vivd sense of what a thriving city this was.
Our guide was Fulvio, a skilled guide, very good knowledge of Pompeii, friendly, entertaining and 100% recommended. In perfect Spanish, I add.
