Today we took this Hidden Ottawa tour with Zak, an enthusiastic and professional young man. We were pleasantly surprised by his commentary and the tour itself. It was the perfect mix of facts, a bit of humor, and interesting tidbits. All in all, a very enjoyable tour with Zak—highly recommended!!!!
Took this tour in Ottawa as it was the only walking tour really available to me. Our guide was Em and she did a great job informing us about the city as well as some interesting "ghostly" stories about the city. I really appreciated us being able to stop for a bathroom break mid tour. Really felt like I gained a lot more insight into the history of Ottawa.

Cute walking tour with some interesting stories about the Canadian capital! The tour take you through the highlights of this relatively small city and covers the main points plus some bonus stories.
September 2024 - We have hugely enjoyed numerous Viator tours in Europe; however this one was not as interesting as expected given Ottawa's history. It was hard to figure out what the "hidden secrets" were. Our Guide could not capture and retain the interest of his group who, gradually drifted away including us, leaving 3 remaining. His research seemed to consist of recent google searches. We felt embarrassed for the European visitors in the group whose own long history made this tour - to learn the quirks about Ottawa, the capital of our country, laughable. (While visiting the Bytown museum the Barrista provided lots of intersting historical facts about the history of our Capital.)
The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Rachel is a great storyteller. We really enjoyed the walking tour.
