Guide was a no show. Woukd not respond to texts or phone calls. Terrible. Have requested a refund but no word yet.
The tour guide never showed up. I called the number for the local operator and left numerous messages and she never called back. While still waiting at the meeting point, I also called Viator’s customer service and they couldn’t get in touch with. A disappointing experience for which I should be compensated.
Tour guide did not show up. It was no communication, tour guide did not contact me with any information. Very very disappointing
The tour guide never showed up after waiting for 30 minutes. Complete waste of time. Do not book!!!!
This tour is a scam. We showed up and the guide was not there. When I called phone number listed on our booking confirmation, the woman said that she doesn’t do tours with Viator, this is the 4th time this month this has happened. We are now trying to get our money back as the woman who was supposed to lead the tour said Viator needs to refund us, not her
No show and when I called the contact number they said they have not worked with trip advisor in over a year due to coordination issues. I am left standing here with a lost afternoon.
Tour guide never showed up. No one else was there so I may have been the only participant. If the tour was cancelled - I should have been notified rather than have me stand in the rain for 30 minutes waiting. I contacted tour guide several times with no response. Still no response and it's been almost 24 hours. I demand a full refund.
Lisa Marie is the creator and host of this unique tour around the streets of Vienna. Most of the time together is focused on Austrian history relating to the Jewish populations during the 18th and 19th centuries. Sites of interest are pointed out, and there is ample time for inquiries from the participants, often leading to pertinent discussions and thoughts.
Lots of historical information. Would have liked to hear more about recent history, but overall a good tour.
Fascinating tour from extremely knowledgeable guide. The guide gave a moving and extremely informative history lesson about the evolution of how Jews were viewed and treated in Vienna over centuries. The sites she brought us to added color to the information.
