This tour was excellent! George was my tour guide and he gave so much information. I saw places that I would never have seen if I was touring there myself. He was kind, patient and made sure that I was okay throughout the tour. This was the best tour that I’ve been on in a long time!
Booked 2 days with Ms Pu. Tour of Bangkok and then a trip to the River Kwai. Ms Pu was great, really knowledgeable, constantly checked we were okay and going at the right speed and very kind. We really enjoyed both days and got to see so much more with a guide. Would highly recommend.
Our tour guide was punctual and full of information. Learned so much. Our guide George explained Thailand's colorful history.
Our guide was Joy and she is the most careful, caring and courteous guide ever. We were the only persons on the tour today so we tailored it to our liking, strolling along food streets, ate bowls of glass noodle pork soup, had coffees and chatted a lot. We learnt a lot about this city, its history and important sites, its people, their customs and culture. It was totally enjoyable and meaningful. We recommend Joy highly. In the rnd she is more your friend than a guide ☺️
Excellent tour for a first time visitor to Bangkok, as well as for repeated visitor, since tour guide customize tour to your interests. Highly recommended Alex as a tour guide. Safe, entertaining and educational tour.
We had a great tour with Alex, tailored to our requirements as we had been to Bangkok before and it was just the two of us. We walked, took 2 buses, river boat, canal boat and Sky Train. Alex was full of interesting information for us. Had a great stop for food just next to the flower market- told Alex what we liked to eat and he gathered it up for us. A really great morning thanks to Alex, highly recommended.
Spent a fabulous half day walking tour with our guide George . He met us at our hotel lobby . We explored the older part of the city and then the more modern / newer downtown area . Took a bus , a river boat and the sky train for different modes of transportation. Had a variety of local dishes for lunch . George gave us some great history lessons of Bangkok . We had a group of 10 of us friends . I organized this tour from the states and the company and the guide were super easy to communicate with .
Our tour guide was Mee and she was fantastic. Mee was very friendly from the outset and keen to understand what we hoped to get from the tour. As a result, we'd a brilliant day out. Mee explained lots about Thai history and gave us explanations of all the places we visited. We saw all the main sights, including the Grand Palace, the Resting Buddha, a trip on the Chaophraya, a canal tour and that was mixed with a taxi ride, tuk tuk rides and she took us on the Sky Train (BTS) so we understood how to use it ourselves. We saw so much in a day that I doubt we could have done ourselves - and Mee took lots of photos so lots of memories too! Would highly recommend.
Alex was a great tour guide. He is very knowledgeable in the history and function of Bangkok. He speaks very good English and was very generous with our tour options! Highly recommend!
After researching a lot for private walking tours we ultimately chose , Chob Walking Tours , where on the day of the walk we were greeted cordially by” Alex aka Lekh” who was an amazing human being with a vibrant smile describing the evolution of Bangkok from 80’s to the present day. Our favourite part or the tour was the use of public transport and sampling some local cuisines. The pace of the tour was perfect without any rushed pace. We would again want to meet Alex for another historical understanding of Bangkok in the near future
