We really enjoyed our trip. We were met at the airport on time, and the drivers were friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this company. Mohammed Suhaib is very friendly and kind. I recommend his services.
Excellent experience. Would not hesitate to use them again. We transferring from the cruise terminal in Mumbai to the airport. Could not have been more professional. The car was very clean and the driver was very helpful.
When we arrived outside the cruise terminal I was able to stay in contact with dispatch which I always appreciate and we were a little early so no big deal. However, the company told me that we had to go outside the gate of the property. Considering that 1) many other drivers had entered the gates to collect their passengers and 2) literally no one was walking across the big parking lot past moving buses and cars with their luggage to go outside the gate—I was less than enthused. I couldn’t even see where I was supposed to go from where I was standing and only saw where I was expected to walk after we drove out. It would have been a pretty long and unnecessary walk. Luckily, a security agent took pity on us and got on the phone with the company and presumably told them to drive inside and get us. I did not expect it would come to that given the stellar reviews and the fact that I paid 90 dollars for a ride to the airport. There was another rep with the driver (I think it’s the guy who appears in all the photos). He could have at least run over to fetch us if he really believed we had to go outside the gate. And then just have the driver stay put. On top of that he asked me twice to give a five star review which I cannot do in good conscience. Our driver was fine and got us where we needed to go on time so this is not on the driver.

Thank you for taking time and reviewing our services, we truly understand how exhausting it is to land at a place and Waiting for a vehicle to take us to our destination, so basically our services as listed is an airport transfers, that starts from the airport and drop off to the hotel or place in town where the guest wishes , as the pick up was from the cruise terminal , the information provided to us was that only people who posses the entry passes to reach inside the terminal are permitted inside the gate , so we were waiting before time for you outside the gate, and when we were connected on phone by the security personnel, we got to know that there's any arrival gate inside the terminal where we can find you, so without wasting a single minute we rushed inside the gate making sure that you don't have to wait for too long , we had it in mind that we managed to rush in and drive you right on time to the airport would help with attaining a 5* review and hence requested you to help us with the same based on your experience.. but other way round we take it as a feedback that will help us improvise our services and meet your expectations, we would love to serve you again and try to change the 3* review to a 5* with our services, do visit again , India awaits you and so do we... The service was excellent. Pickup at the airport was prompt, the driver was very polite. There was one little glitch when the car overheated (easy to understand in Mumbai!) The driver quickly arranged for another car and got us on our way in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.
Just did the car pick up service from the Mumbai airport to our hotel! They were very communicative on the pick up details beforehand which was nice. Only note is that it would have been nice to know where to wait since once you exit the airport it’s very loud (recommend that you wait inside until they contact you) so hard to hear them on the phone. But it all worked out in the end!
We used this service for transfer from Mumbai airport to our hotel. We were very pleased with the service provided. Our driver was waiting with our name outside the terminal. We quickly get into his car and was safely and quickly driven to our hotel. The owner was very concerned with our satisfaction, and contacted me to make sure all was well with their service. I would highly recommend this service in the future!
