We had a transfer from Hue Airport to hotel in Hue. Our flight was almost 1 hour late, but the driver was waiting for us and received us very friendly. The car was very modern and clean and the driver very friendly.
I booked this airport transfer for two people last minute from Ho Chi Minh City airport, maybe 30 minutes before boarding. I was concerned when the one-hour flight became delayed but I was able to keep in contact with the company rep via WhatsApp. They assured me that the pickup would not be a problem. Happily, the driver was waiting for us at Arrivals with a sign and a smile. He even helped us with our luggage to the car (and, later, to our hotel, which was down a car-free alley)! There was some confusion with our hotel address (Google Maps said one thing, the hotel map said another) but he was willing to try the questionable address first. In the end, we skipped the questionable address and made it to the hotel. Great driving and great service! I won’t hesitate to book them again if we ever return to Hue.
