Puntos de encuentro para viajeros que se encuentran en hoteles céntricos y airbnb's o cualquier lugar al que no podamos llegar: Punto de encuentro en Cancún: Wyndham Garden Cancún Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua o Plaza Las Perlas (comuníquese con atención al cliente para obtener ayuda) Tulum: No hay recogida en ningún hotel ni airbnb, el punto de encuentro será en el Hotel Aloft Tulum La hora de recogida se establece de acuerdo con su ubicación, los viajeros que no proporcionen la ubicación de recogida deberán ponerse en contacto con nosotros lo antes posible, de lo contrario no podremos brindar el servicio. Para este recorrido, proporcionamos nuestra tarjeta de embarque especial que le da acceso al transporte, por lo que todos los clientes deben proporcionar un correo electrónico; de lo contrario, el cliente no tendrá acceso al transporte y no se otorgará ningún reembolso.

- Se requerirá una foto de la identificación del viajero principal antes de la fecha del tour (licencia de conducir o pasaporte)
- Los viajeros deben llevar toallas, traje de baño y una muda de ropa (se recomienda calzado acuático)

We’ve been to Xcaret (which we love) so many times over the years we were looking for something totally different. This didn’t disappoint! Very fun and unique experience you can’t get elsewhere. If I were to go back and do it again I’d start with the sesitorium first then do the town and the course that comes after it next. The line for the sesitorium is long and slow. So get that out of the way first. Definitely a freaky experience not for the faint of heart. Well worth it. Wouldn’t send younger kids through alone though. My 10yo got through on her own but I was shocked she did. Fully expected her to be a blubbering mess after I saw what was involved. Only pet peeve of this park was that for one adult and my two daughters the photo package was USD$80. If it was half the price I would have done it. Not worth $80 in my opinion. Skipped that but took lots of photos by doing the course twice...once without the cell phone so we knew what to expect and then a second time with the cell phone. Photos turned out fine despite what they tell you about quality not being as good. Bring a water proof pouch for your phone.

It's was great tour , we had lots of fun, very nice, the best activities park in Mexico, but the don't have all inclusive tour just regular !!!
What a fun place for kids. The Pueblo totally messed with your senses! Really well done! We arrived to Xcaret hotel before check in time. So we left our bags in the lobby and jumped on the bus to Xenses. We were there before 2:00 pm and spent a couple of hours. By then our room at Xcaret was ready. We had the All Fun pass so it was included in the package.
