TRASLADO DE LLEGADA. Después de haber recogido su equipaje, pase por la aduana y salga a la sala de llegadas. Su conductor lo estará esperando en la sala de llegadas junto al punto de encuentro del conductor/servicio de limusina con un letrero con el nombre del viajero principal. NOTA IMPORTANTE: indique la cantidad de equipaje que tiene, el nombre del crucero y el número de terminal en el campo Requisitos especiales al realizar la reserva.

I had this booked thru a different company and someone advised me to use Viator. Never should have changed. When stefano met us at the port - he was angry that we had more than 7 suitcases. Iit was booked for 7 suitcases plus a carry on. Which 5 of us had. He was angry and yelling at us in Italian (which none of us understood). He said the water taxi is going to be angry to. We tried to explain in English and a translator that not all of us were going on the water taxi. He told us that the mafia runs the water taxis and they are not going to be happy with us and we are in danger. In addition to all this because he said we had too many suitcases he charged us $70 over the price and in cash. Clearly this was for his pocket. By this t time we are halfway to Venice angry and scared of this man he was literally hitting his hands on the steering wheel.. It wasn’t until we were pulling into the port that he “apologized” -right in time for a tip(which he didn’t get”. Stefano should not be working with the general public or taking money “on the side” for himself. For all these reasons we cancelled with viator and will never use them again.
We are a family of 5 with 2 small children, so getting a private transfer from Ravenna’s port and escorted to the water taxi in Venice was so convenient. Our driver was very nice and efficient, and the van was clean, which is why I gave the transfer a 5, but after confirming twice that a car seat and booster seat would be in the van, it wasn’t. It worked out, so we were okay.
Pickup was timely at the port. The company communicated well in advance and responded quickly to any requests or questions through WhatsApp. The ride was comfortable and pleasant. Transfer to the water taxi was seamless. Julia was very friendly and a delight to talk with on our trip. We would highly recommend this company for any type of transfer.
The driver was on time at the Port of Ravanna. Had water for us. Provided a rest stop and was very helpful getting us to and on our water taxi. A great experience.
