Rasa Raya no es solo almuerzo, es un viaje de degustación indonesio de cinco regiones guiado por anfitriones con atuendos tradicionales. Cada curso representa una isla diferente, contando historias sobre ingredientes, cultura y patrimonio. A lo largo de 2-3 horas de inmersión, los huéspedes experimentarán sabores auténticos, textiles regionales y una presentación cuidada en un entorno íntimo que combina la gastronomía con la tradición indonesia viva. Esta experiencia se encuentra frente a la playa en el restaurante Quali, con vistas a las puestas de sol de la costa oeste de Lombok.

Three of us really enjoyed the “Rasaraya” experience at Qusia restaurant in Senggigi, Lombok. The meal is a guided journey across the archipelago: 5 islands/regions with 3 small plates from each one, so fifteen yummy dishes in all, served by your own waiter who wears the costumes of each region and tells the story behind the food. As a frequent visitor to Indonesia, I thought I had a pretty good handle on the cuisine, but a lot of the dishes were new to me. Highly recommended for those wishing to learn more about Indonesia’s fascinating culture and cuisine.

Rasa Raya is a great dining experience. It’s a five-region Indonesian tasting journey presented and explained by the team. The setting by the beach makes it even more special.
We had such a beautiful experience at Rasa Raya. It was a unique opportunity to discover Indonesian cuisine from five different regions, all in one place. Each course was thoughtfully presented and perfectly explained, with storytelling that made the experience even more immersive. The traditional costumes and decorations added a special touch, making us feel truly connected to the culture. The staff was absolutely lovely, attentive, and passionate throughout the entire experience. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Lombok, it’s not just a meal, it’s a cultural journey.
