Esta es la opción "Alta Aventura" para aquellos que quieren el paseo más húmedo y salvaje en Jackson Hole. Lewis & Clark (estación 1971) ejecuta las balsas guiadas más pequeñas en el río Snake. Y lo que es más importante, somos el único outfitter que ofrece una experiencia pura "solo de paletas". Hemos desmontado los pesados bastidores de remos que se encontraban en otros tours para darle un barco más ligero, rápido y sensible. En nuestras balsas de 14 pies, te sientas justo en la línea de flotación. Cada ola se ve más grande y golpea más fuerte. Es una carrera agresiva y centrada en el equipo donde proporcionas los caballos de fuerza para aplastar a través de legendarios rápidos como Big Kahuna y Lunch Counter. Con un máximo de 8 personas, no hay donde esconderse del chapoteo. Esto es lo más cerca que puedes estar del agua blanca sin nadar. El viaje cubre 8 millas de aguas bravas Clase II y III con rápidos como "Lunch Counter" y "Big Kahuna". El tiempo de ida y vuelta es de aproximadamente 3,5 horas. - ¿QUÉ VESTIR : Te empaparás ! Los sintéticos de secado rápido son esenciales (bañadores, protectores contra erupciones, poliéster). Absolutamente nada de algodón, denim o sudaderas con capucha: cuando están mojadas, te hacen frío y pesado. Los zapatos seguros son obligatorios (sandalias deportivas con tiras en el talón, zapatillas viejas o zapatos de agua). Nada de chanclas, cocodrilos o pies descalzos. Trajes de neopreno y botines están disponibles para alquilar en nuestra oficina (muy recomendable para los días más frescos).
- POLÍTICA METEOROLÓGICA: ¡Lluviamos o soleamos en balsa! En el bote pequeño, te vas a mojar sin importar el clima. Proporcionamos equipo de salpicaduras gratis en el lanzamiento para ayudar a cortar el viento / agua, pero vienen preparados para los elementos.
- REQUISITOS FÍSICOS : Se trata de un viaje activo de remo. Todos los huéspedes deben ser capaces de remar y mantenerse a través de aguas bravas. No se recomienda para las viajeras embarazadas o aquellas con afecciones graves de la espalda / corazón.

Booked the small boat adventure for our group of 6 (2 adults, 4 teens 18, 17, 17, 17). What a blast! Would do it again for sure. Friendly, easy check in. Perfect communication before hand with emails, etc. Easy to rent appropriate shoes. No need for wet suits the day we went. Bus driver Boobo, and guide Riley were wonderful and made the trip so enjoyable. Great safety talk in the boat. Everyone felt comfortable. We hit some nice rapids, got wet on a nice warm day. Overall amazing experience and great pictures. Highly recommend!! Don’t wait.
I had hit a few rapids in Colorado, but this was my first Wyoming white water adventure, and it was a blast! I was one of eight on the raft, and our guide Luke was amazing! The guy seemed to live and breathe rafting. We hit class one, two, and three rapids that seemed to lift us right out of the river! And what a river! The Snake River is awesome! Even if the thrill of shooting the rapids wasn’t enough, the scenery was unbelievable! Although I was drenched in river water, I got the opportunity to take a dip in the Snake! One note though, the rafting company is particular about what you wear. Although they have wet suits to rent, I decide to shell out a few bucks for one of their hooded shirts. After all, I may want to do this again someday.

Such a fun and exciting experience. We were a little nervous to begin but everyone made us feel comfortable. Danny was amazing. He made us feel very safe. We got to see river otters, a bald eagle, and an osprey. Highly recommend!!
