This was an amazing cooking class!! The chefs were so helpful and attentive and really got everyone involved in the cooking. The check-in and kitchen area was so nice and clean and the food was tasty! The gelato was unreal. I totally reccomend taking this class if you’re visiting Palermo😊
An experience absolutely to be recommended! We participated in a cooking class with friends for a bachelorette party with Chef Salvo and it was a beautiful day. The chef is knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging: he made us feel at ease right away, involving us and sharing many tips. We cooked, learned, and above all, we had a lot of fun. A perfect experience to share, which we will certainly hold in our hearts. We can't wait to do it again!

We had a fantastic time at this cooking class! The market tour was a wonderful addition—it was fun, informative, and gave us great insight into the local ingredients and food culture. The cooking class itself was well organized, engaging, and easy to follow, and we learned several techniques and recipes that we’ll definitely use again. The cook Marcello was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun and authentic way to explore the local cuisine
It’s my first time in Sicily so I booked this cooking class just as a starting point. I have had the best few hours. Marcello was a brilliant chef and guide, we made three delicious dishes and did a tour of the local markets learning about different foods from the area. The entire class rolled out of the room after eating all that food, would definitely recommend this class. Bonus, you get the recipe book after and the food is complemented by a delicious wine. Highly encourage you to book!
