Su impresionante aventura comienza con una recogida en el muelle y un relajante recorrido privado por el maravilloso campo costarricense en un transporte con aire acondicionado y un vehículo de lujo o minibús de modelo reciente. Los guías profesionales garantizan su seguridad y brindan información fascinante sobre la rica biodiversidad, comenzando con un paseo de 15 minutos a bordo de nuestro tractor especialmente diseñado. Una vez lleguemos a la cima de la montaña, te explicaremos paso a paso todos los procedimientos de seguridad que debes seguir. Luego descendemos hasta el fondo a través de una serie de tirolesas, que incluyen 12 plataformas y 10 cables con un recorrido total de 3,5 kilómetros, entre ellos el cable más largo de la zona (2400 pies). Después de esta gran aventura, nuestro recorrido continuará con un corto viaje hasta el río Tárcoles, donde un recorrido en bote ecológico de 60 minutos le permitirá disfrutar de la abundante vida silvestre de la zona, incluidos los enormes cocodrilos, múltiples aves acuáticas, guacamayas rojas, monos aulladores y otras especies

Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park es un importante parque de ecoaventura de 450 acres ubicado en la región del Pacífico Central, a pocos minutos al norte de Jacó, cerca de Herradura. Es una instalación sostenible altamente profesional y certificada que ofrece una gama diversa de experiencias al aire libre. Actividades populares incluyen un tour de tirolesa de 10 cables con amplias vistas a la selva tropical, ATV escarpado y senderos de selva en buggy que conducen a cascadas nadables privadas, paseos a caballo, barranquismo extremo / rapel en cascada, y un tour interactivo de chocolate. Disfruta de un agradable tour en barco con un guía profesional naturalista y disfruta de su rica y abundante vida silvestre. Es un hábitat para los cocodrilos americanos, mientras que las marismas ubicadas en la desembocadura del río tienen muchas aves acuáticas y zancudas. Entre las muchas garzas y garzas están el pico de barco y la garza tigre de garganta desnuda, y otras aves que se encuentran aquí incluyen la rodilla gruesa de doble raya, la curruca de manglar y el pescador real pigmeo americano. The Crocs Skyway : Un final moderno Antes de regresar a su barco, hacemos una sofisticada parada final en el nuevo The Crocs Skyway. Este complejo turístico de primer nivel ofrece una plataforma aérea elevada que proporciona un punto de vista seguro y espectacular sobre la vida silvestre del río. Lugares y horarios de recogida
Este tour es exclusivo para pasajeros de cruceros. Si no llega en un crucero, no reserve este tour. El tour opera solo cuando tenemos cruceros en el puerto. La recogida se realiza en la entrada de la puerta principal del muelle. Es una distancia muy corta a pie desde el crucero. Una vez en la entrada del muelle, verás un Guía de Greenway Tours con un cartel con tu nombre. NOTA ESPECIAL SOBRE LA HORA DE RECOGIDA Todos nuestros horarios de recogida están configurados a las 8:00 a. m. de forma predeterminada. SIN EMBARGO: Si su barco llega después de las 8:00 a. m., la recogida será 30 minutos después de la llegada del barco. Puede reservar su recorrido y ajustaremos el tiempo de acuerdo con la llegada de su barco. Si su envío se retrasa, nuestro personal lo esperará hasta el muelle del barco y le permitirá desembarcar. Operamos todos nuestros tours de acuerdo con la llegada del barco.

The reason this isn't 5* is the zip line crew didn't handle the flow of people through the platforms very well. Groups were clumped together in the middle of the zip line course and people from the tail of the group jumped the line and moved to the front.

The van and tour guide were easy to find, the guide was knowledgeable, the driver was great. The zip line , and the crew were great, helpful and safe. Wanted to do it again. The boat tour was awesome, saw lots of Crocs and birds. The guide was very knowledgeable.

Zip line was fun, tourguides very nice, friendly and helpful. 10 lines 200 to 400m long, two connecting hanging bridges. A little detour courtesy tour guide and driver got us to see a macaw family sitting high in the tree and scream back at us for disturbing their peace 😄. The boat tour is in the mouth of a river, almost no current, brackish muddy water and boat moves by outboard motor. Area access limited by tide height. Covered maybe 2mi roundtrip. Saw some crocs, old and young, a few birds and beautiful vegetation. Quite funny narration by boat guide. But too much waiting between activities incl a unnecessary 40min stop at a souveniershop with option to get sth to eat in restaurant, just 20 mi away from port. Coming of a cruiseship food already well covered and this tour was aimed at cruisers only. While the wait after zipline would have been great opportunity for another round, we did not know that it would have been enough time, so was never an option or offered. Overall this is more a 3.5 hr tour rather than the advertised 5+ hrs, and we returned to port after ca 7 hrs! FYI : NCL docks in the commercial caldera port. You are not allowed to walk from pier to entrance (ca 400m, 1/4mi)!. The tour operator does know which of the two puntarenas ports you will arrive if you provide ship info, but they don't have license to drive into he port, so you are at the mercy of a shuttle that was provided by NCL, but timing and logistics, execution was a NCL disaster

Unfortunately our tour had to turn around after being in traffic for three hours. We never reached our destination. I would recommend that tour drivers check traffic conditions prior to picking people up so that they can have the option of cancelling without losing their day in traffic.
We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. Unfortunately that day was a situation totally out of our contral with the high traffic. It was Holly Week and even we checked the traffic conditions at the begining of the tour, the conditions changed from one moment to other. Some of our groups were able to reach their destinations, but unfortunately others no as probably was your case. Our professional tour guides toke the desition to return to the pier in order to guarantee your integrity and not miss your ship and be on time for the set sail time. Even the situation ALL our customers affected by this unspected situation received the full refund. The same situation affected 90% of all the tours departing from the pier. Not just us
It was fun! The tour guy was informative. There were 10 lines and very friendly staff helping us along. The crocodile boat tour was not bad, we did see some crocodiles and the captain of the boat did something crazy...taking picture with one hand and opening the crocodile's mouth with the other hand! He was in the water!! OMG

Zipline was top notch. Team of guides performed flawlessly. Friendly and safe. Crocodile viewing was a bit dated. The loading pier seemed kind of rickety. We did see huge crocodiles, did not disappoint.
