Me and my friend really enjoyed ourself. They were very nice, very informative, made us laugh and we felt safe. The customer service was beyond amazing, I would recommend & the pictures the photographer took of us came out so good !

This was a scam. They did not ride horses on the beach. They rode horses on very raggedy roads & took to an area to look at the beach from afar. After submitting a complaint to viator they only wanted to refund $65, but paid $185. Do not book.

On the day of your visit, horses were not permitted to access the beach due to local conditions and regulations, which are beyond our control and are always followed for safety reasons. Regarding your refund request, a partial refund was processed for the participant who was unable to complete the horseback riding activity. We strive to be transparent in our tour descriptions and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service.

We went as a family and the experience exceeded our expectations. The guides adapted perfectly to the group's pace, especially with the younger ones. We did a bug and horse excursion, and it was an amazing experience. It is a family-owned business, and the owners were so nice. I had a great time at the cave, and the water was cold and refreshing. The beach was beautiful had a couple cold beers and enjoyed it with my wife and kid.

The driver Francisco was nice, on time and communicated well. On the other hand, you will not be riding horses on the beach. You are taken to a ranch (not a typical ranch like in USA) via their transportation and the roads are so bad you will literally have back pain when you get out their vehicle from all the jarring. Once you arrive, you will get a quick lesson (10-12 minutes) on how they make coffee & cocoa & cigars, sample taste coffee, cocoa (teaspoon amount), puff a cigar (no nicotine only flavors) and they sell t-shirts, jewelry & cigars. You are offered a free bottle of water or a coke (they don't have no sugar sodas). Then a lesson on how to ride the horses (5 min), they assist you on the horse (please wear jeans or pants, the saddle will hurt your legs and preferable gym shoes). You will be riding the horses on the very raggedy roads (30 minutes to the beach area). You will not be able to ride the horses on the beach as advertised, you are only taken to an area and you can view the beach from afar. Also, although I didn't ride the horses, I still was charged the same amount as the rest of the group. This was very disappointing as I thought I was booking a once in a lifetime experience for my son & mother.
