incredible experience, so worth it! the trip was amazing and a perfect amount of time and the crew made the experience so fun!

Claudio and his team were amazing! The entire family had so much fun in the water and on the boat. Claudio and team even had the grandma’s dancing! Highly recommended!!

Great fun and worth the money. The people were very safe and attentive. The waters were great and snorkeling.

The crew was helpful, funny, and accommodating. We had 3 couples all in our late 40's. Bring money for the floating vendors. Super fun.

The cruise could had better music, but Lisa, Reynaldo, Mirby and Michael Jackson made it an experience I will never forget for my birthday!!!!!

This was a great adventure! The service/staff were all amazing - shout out to Chocolate, Maria and Jason for making the day! The open bar was great, and they even brought out a floating bar to the beach!! I will say, the natural pools weren't really natural pools, it was more of a shallow beach.. but all the boats pull over and it's a huge party! Would recommend if you're looking for a shorter day trip ☺️

Jose and the crew were great. Very welcoming to families with children. We were a family of 8 with a 5 and 8 year old. Music diverse and not too loud. Staff very friendly. Multilingual staff. I heard French, English and Spanish spoken. Free Juice was perfect for the kids and drinks for the adults was refreshing. Not a fan of the nachos and cheese though. It stated stale. Clean boat, good vibes, welcoming crew. They had snorkels and life vest for kids and adults. The reefs were beautiful and tranquil. Alexander took really nice pictures. We purchased them separately once back on the beach for a decent price. He emailed us the link within 48 hours. Something to note. Next to their "check in" spot is a flea market where you can purchase many types of souvenirs, drinks and snacks. There are small bathrooms next to the shop. Everyone had a great time from the ages of 5 to 78 in my family. Thanks Team! See you when we are back in the DR!

Absolutely brilliant 3/4 hours, so good, we did it twice. Staff fantastic, especially Edwin (our adopted son) and maria. Booze always flowing rum punch, mojito mix , vodka & cranberry mix, beer and of course the local tipple Mamajuana (centuries old drink). Met great people both times, even staying in contact with them. High light of trip is when you stop off on sand bank, waist deep in sea, with a few other boats all around you. You get to meet yet more people while your boat staff come round with a floating bar and you carry on drinking while socialising in the the ocean, again, absolutely brilliant.

We sat in the lobby of the hotel waiting for our pickup. Viator sent the voucher without the proper pickup time. Even after attempting to contact someone at the number given, no answer. Viator should have confirmed the pickup time and communicated that to us. They did not. I would suggest going through a different company to book the excursion.
