Parada 1: Cueva natural con agua cristalina Sumérgete en una experiencia refrescante en una cueva escondida rodeada de naturaleza. Aquí podrás nadar en sus frescas y cristalinas aguas, perfectas para fotos inolvidables y momentos mágicos. Es un lugar ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de un entorno puro y natural.
Parada 3: Playa Macao Terminamos el recorrido con un punto culminante: una de las playas más hermosas y vírgenes de Punta Cana: Playa Macao. Aquí podrá relajarse, pasear por la orilla o simplemente contemplar el impresionante paisaje caribeño. También tendrás tiempo para hacer fotos y, si lo deseas, podrás comprar una bebida o un aperitivo justo al lado del mar.
Parada 2: Casa tradicional dominicana Experimente un momento cultural en una auténtica casa rural dominicana. Aprenderá cómo viven los lugareños, verá cómo se cultivan el café, el cacao y otros productos orgánicos y disfrutará de la oportunidad de probar los sabores tradicionales del país. Una experiencia que es al mismo tiempo educativa y deliciosa.
Transporte de ida y vuelta incluido Tu aventura comienza en el momento en que te recogemos en la entrada de tu hotel o Airbnb. Subirás a nuestro autobús estilo safari, un vehículo cómodo y abierto perfecto para grupos y para disfrutar de las vistas panorámicas a lo largo del camino. El viaje al rancho es entretenido, con vistas del campo dominicano y una breve introducción del recorrido por parte de nuestros guías. Tras el paseo en buggy, regresaremos al punto de partida y nuestro transporte os llevará de vuelta a vuestro alojamiento de forma segura y cómoda, finalizando una experiencia completa de aventura y cultura.
Aventura en el bosque tropical Durante el recorrido en buggy, te embarcarás en un emocionante viaje a través de caminos rurales y senderos en las profundidades del bosque tropical de Punta Cana. Conducirás a través de frondosos árboles, terrenos irregulares, charcos de barro y naturaleza salvaje, lo que hará que la experiencia sea aún más emocionante, divertida y llena de adrenalina.

I booked an excursion with this company in Punta Cana to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was meant to be a highlight of our trip. Instead, it turned into a complete waste of time and money. We were given a confirmed pickup time at our resort. We were ready early and waited in the designated area. No one ever showed up. No call. No text. No message. Nothing. After waiting well past the pickup window, we tried contacting the company multiple times through every method provided. Responses were nonexistent. There was zero urgency, accountability, or customer care especially unacceptable for a paid, scheduled service. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. This was a birthday plan that could not be replaced last-minute. When you’re on vacation, time is the most valuable thing you have and this company wasted ours completely. What makes this worse is that we are still waiting on a refund for a service that was never provided. At no point did we cancel. They simply failed to show up. There is no justification for holding onto our money. If you’re considering booking with this company, be aware: • Confirmations mean nothing. • Pickup reliability is questionable. • Communication is poor when problems arise. • Refunds are not handled promptly or professionally. There are plenty of excursion companies in Punta Cana. Choose one that values your time, your money, and your experience. Unfortunately, this one does not. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially for special occasions.

Unfortunately, on the day of your scheduled tour, we experienced an unexpected system failure that affected our communication and dispatch operations. This issue caused serious disruptions, including missed pickups and delayed responses, which is absolutely not the standard of service we strive to provide. While this explains what happened, we fully acknowledge that it does not undo the inconvenience or disappointment you experienced. For that, we offer our sincerest apologies. We take full responsibility for this failure and have already taken corrective steps to ensure this does not happen again. We genuinely regret that your celebration was impacted and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. Everything was nice. The cave was just very crowded. Couldn’t get an opportunity to get in, but we definitely enjoyed everything other than that.
