This is a great way to experience a little history and visit pubs that you might walk past. Darren was an excellent host, guide, and had an ideal style for this type of tour. Highly recommend if you enjoy beer and want to see places off the beaten path.

Beginning with a straightforward meeting place Callum guided our group through both the history and beers in Berlin. We visited the first microbrewery in Berlin just near a statue of St George and had to make the time honoured choice between Helles and Dunkl. Passing through a variety of locations Callum provided historical context and the opportunity to build our thirst for the next beer. We learnt that street drinking is permitted in Berlin so we proceeded accordingly towards the next place being a a small pub on Luisenstadt. We ended up not far from our starting location near Alexanderplatz making it super easy to catch the S back to our hotel. Callum was a great guide. Thoroughly recommended.
This tour is perfect if you like History and Beer. Our tour guide Darren was very knowledgable and did a great job showing us historical spots you normally wouldn't see.
