We really enjoyed this tour. The first winery is a small family owned winery. Everyone was very nice and it was our own private tour. Marie our guid brought food for us to sample while sampling the wines. It was very nice and relaxing. The second vineyard was larger and it was pouring when we arrived so we did not get to walk around the vineyards. However, they were very nice and gave us extra wines to try (though much smaller samples than first vineyard) and brought out a large charcuterie board of snacks.
Pretty views with good wine but it was not worth the price for the experience. Our tour guide used ChatGPT voice instead of speaking to us directly in the van that took us to the vineyards and there was not enough wine served. We tasted 10 total wines but probably had a total of 3-4 glasses over 5 hours. We spent 2 hours at the first stop with a half glass of wine served every 30 minutes with pretty bad food.
Amazing organic wineries so close to Nice. After a short ride we toured two unique locations. Lovely tour starting with the grape vines leading us to their production and ending with our tastings. Picture perfect!
Fantastic experience made by Marie and her brilliant knowledge of not only Nice but the wine regions too. Would highly recommend for groups or couples looking for something different to try and to see a completely different side of Nice and experience the wine region. Fantastic first family run vineyard with a very generous serving of the wine to sample.
We had such a great time on this tour. Koko/Coco (unsure of spelling), our driver, guide, and friend, was such a wonderful additional to our trip. He made sure every person on the tour was engaged and offered a ton of information. I would definitely take a tour with him again - he was one of the best!
Great guide. Comfortable ride. Beautiful wineries and views. The first winery was generous. The larger second winery was not generous.
Hello, thank you for this very nice high rating, I'm very happy you enjoyed your day with us :)
Perfect, well distinguish between the different procedures of the vineyards in Nice. Super guide Marie. Knowledgeful and entertaining with Pomerania Olive by her side
Hello, well, I appreciate you comment, really, I love what I do that is why maybe I share all with love :) Hope to see you another time on another tour :)
This was a wonderful experience!! Marie did a great job providing information about the two wineries we visited. The wine and food were excellent. It was well worth the money we paid. Thanks Marie!!!
Hello Tiago, you are very welcome, thank you for this pretty comment ! I love my job... and I love to share my knowledge :) Next time come back to me and you will lear how to bake/cook all what you tried :)))
Excellent tour for friends, couples, families, and solo travellers. Marie was so knowledgeable and kind. We took a short drive to the first vineyard which was a small, family owned place. The second one was a bit larger but just as beautiful. It was very close to Nice and didn’t take long to get there. We got to see the vineyards and fermentation rooms at the first one, with sampling of different breads. Great experience and excellent wines. We loved it.
Hello Joan, merci ! Thank you ! I really appreciate your comment, thank you for giving of your time :) Take care of you ! Marie
our guide Michael is an absolute charm! hilarious, witty and knowledgeable. thoroughly appreciated having his sommelier experience as well. it was a comfortable half day trip and we had so much fun, we wished we did the full day trip instead! sampled a total of six wines from two vineyards (one red, one rose and one white from each) - the first was a cosy, family-run place which we adored; the second was more commercially operated and this was when the company of other tourists and Michael rly helped make the experience enjoyable. did not feel hurried at all on the tour. was a relaxing boozy afternoon.
Hello, thank you for your nice comment, yes Mickael is a very smiley and enjoyable guide ! I'm happy to read that you liked the tour and in fact I'm planning to propose, next year, a full day tour with longer time at the wineries, picnic etc.. So if you come back in Nice.. stay tuned :) Best
