Really nice experience in the middle of the Tuscan landscape. Nice & sweet people who help you to create typical delicious Italian/Tuscan plates. Really enjoyed the cooking class, even when you do not like cooking in general, I would still recommend this experience.
Fabulous morning with Giorgia and Gioia! They made the class fun and taught us new techniques! I would never have believed that I could make a tiramisu that tasted that good! Our whole group couldn’t recommend this class more highly! One of the highlights of our trip to Tuscany!
We had the best time with Gaia and Georgia!!! Such a lovely day learning the secrets of family recipes!! Highly recommend!!❤️❤️
Absolutely fabulous time with all our friends! Please take time ahead to coordinate your travel out to Radda for this class. So worth the time to travel out to the Tuscan country side.
Our cooking class with Giorgia was amazing! The class took place on a beautiful farm with the most unbelievable view of the Tuscan countryside. Giorgia was so kind and helpful in showing us how to make the traditional Tuscan dishes. The food was delicious! We can’t wait to try what we learned at home. We can’t recommend this cooking class enough! It is a must do if you are in the area.
Being in someone’s home learning how to make my own pasta and drinking their homemade wine that you can’t get anywhere else was truly amazing! I highly recommend this tour. You will have an unforgettable experience.
The hosts were amazing! So welcoming and fun. Best thing we did on our trip! Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area
Barbara was great. Her English is very good. We made chicken stuffed with sage & garlic, gnocchi, crostini & apple cake. She provided all Ingredients and showed us prep techniques as well!
What a great experience! Giorgia and Giola were great hosts and shared generations of techniques with us. They were both very patient, kind and encouraging. The setting was amazing amongst the vineyards and farm. Giola was kind enough to share her family wine with us - which was also great! Can't wait to make homemade pasta for my family back in Texas!
Giorgia and Gioia were absolutely fabulous, both on an interpersonal and professional level. We were two couples, and not only did we all learn how to sous chef and cook up a wonderfully tasty 3 course meal from scratch (Panzanella salad, Pasta Ragu, Tiramisu) but we and our hosts shared our life stories. We touched on topics as far reaching as Roman/Italian/American history, religious backgrounds and practices, and professional experiences. In short, we arrived as clients, and left as friends. We all now have a genuine excitement to get back home to make our own pasta and tiramisu and share our forever memorable and touching experience with all our friends and family, all of whom will be given unequivocal recommendation to learn from Giorgia and Gioia.
