Al reservar escoger la opción correcta si es del Aeropuerto a dirección u Hotel o también de Dirección u Hotel hacia el Aeropuerto. Si es del Aeropuerto al Hotel, no se olvide colocar el número de vuelo, si es de Hotel al Aeropuerto tener en cuenta que para vuelos Nacionales, se recomienda estar 2 horas antes en el Aeropuerto y le sumaria una hora mas que es el trayecto aproximado con trafico hacia el Aeropuerto, en caso de vuelos Internacionales, se recomienda estar 3 horas antes por lo que sumaria 1 hora mas de trayecto. De todas maneras despues de hacer la reserva nuestro centro de ayuda y soporte atiende 24/7 y podemos adicionar algun dato que le falta o podemos recomendar un nuevo horario.

Recojo del Aeropuerto a Hotel : Estamos esperando dentro del Aeropuerto Jorge Chávez con un letrero con el nombre y apellido del pasajero, la espera es de 01 de aterrizado el vuelo que es el tiempo suficiente para pasar migraciones y hacer contacto con nuestro conductor. Para vuelos Internacionales nuestro conductor estará esperando frente a la puerta 3 de salidas Internacionales; Para vuelos Nacionales nuestro conductor estará esperando frente a la puerta 13 de salidas Nacionales. Traslado de dirección u Hotel al Aeropuerto: Estamos a la hora de su reserva, nos anunciamos en el lovi de su hotel o dirección. EL SERVICIO ES DE RECOGIDA DEL AEROPUERTO O DE TRASLADO HACIA EL AEROPUERTO, SOLO ESCOGER EL TRASLADO EN LAS OPCIONES E INGRESAR LOS DATOS DEL MISMO.

This company is Horrible!!! I was robbed!! NO ONE EVER CAme to pick me up!!! I spoke with customer service, and was never contacted with a follow up about my concern!!!!!!
Driver arrived on time. Since it was the middle of the night, it was very quick drive to the airport.
Poor communication from the agency as was in dark till 8 AM for 8:30 AM pick up to catch a flight. Got jitters as did not receive any car details etc till 8:15. However Juan arrived well in time. Good experience with Juan, though the car could have been cleaner.
I requested this private taxi to pick me up at 4:00am to take me to the airport. Never received a text the day before letting me know who the driver will be or the type of car to expect. Never received a text or phone call before 4:00am to let me know they were on the way. I was about to have the hotel call me a taxi because I didn't want to be late for my flight when I received a text from the driver around 4:30am that they arrived and were outside. I went outside to a man who exited the car and placed my bag into the trunk. There was no introduction, no apology or explanation. Complete silence from this driver who appeared to be annoyed that he had to drive out at that time of morning. To further exasperate the situation, this driver ran multiple red lights I guess to make up time for being late and to get me to the airport on time. This was a experience that I would recommend that no one has to tolerate. Next time I will order Uber or have hotel call a taxi. Never again with this unprofessional private taxi service.
Always use this company when traveling to Lima. They are punctuation and assisted in helping with my luggage both in and out if car. Eduardo was an excellent driver. Highly recommend this company!
The driver was on time and polite. The fee was twice what we would have paid using UBER “black car” so we cancelled our second booking with this vendor. No reason to pay more.
The driver did not offer to carry our bags. We carried two backpacks from the terminal to the parking lot. As a result of the terrible experience, we cancelled our next trip with this vendor. We will use Uber instead.
My paid-for private transportation from Lima Peru airport to my San Isidro hotel failed to show. We paid for a taxi after waiting at the assigned location for one hour after landing.

From booking to pick up to arrival at destination, everything went smooth and as advertised. Our driver was lovely, safe driver with very clean car. Helped navigate us safely to our hotel
