Royal Gold Myanmar provided excellent communication to us prior to our trip. We were updated about our driver with contact information. Our driver, Ye Lynn Oo, greeted us at the airport. Our car was nice with good air conditioning. We were provided water, offered a restroom stop, and he shared information and tips about Myanmar along the way.

I was satisfied with the service. Communication before my trip was very smooth and they always replied almost within minutes. The driver was waiting for me at the airport as agreed and the drive went smoothly. We stopped in a teahouse along the way with the local tea and snacks. My driver didn’t speak any English, but I speak Burmese a bit, so we understood each other enough.

The transfer was in a car where the air conditioning was not very good. Despite this, the driver was very attentive and took us safely to Bagan.

Lin our driver was just great. He took care of, and also made a few stops on the way so we could buy a few things. He arrived ok time and coordinated everything in a timely fashion. Will highly recommend this transfer as its a great way to see the countryside.

Ko Htay is an excellent, very safe, driver who made the trip interesting with his conversations about Myanmar agriculture seen on the way as well as the villages and general local knowledge. Enjoyed the ride and his company. I highly recommend him to people.

Courteous driver but he hardly spoke English. Drove fast though we did not encounter any mishap. Got us to Bagan in around 4 hours including toilet stop.

Our transfer from the Mandalay Airport to our hotel in Bagan was excellent. Our driver Ko Bala met us on time and got us to Bagan quickly and safely. He stopped and bought us some local rice snacks which were great as well as answered questions about the area while we were driving.

Safe driving. On time. No problems. Old but comfortable transport. Stopped at good toilets and cafe on route. Would book again.
