Our transfer was cancelled 18 hours before as we were flying to our cruise. We had to make other arrangements at significant cost. Viator was unable to help us. I was put on hold and passed around and had to call back. Then they had to check with the operator who cancelled to even refund our money.

Five star experience. Henry called when we landed to greet us and inform us of the meeting location. The van was perfect and easily handled all of our luggage. He had waters for everyone.
