Silvia was a great guide for our walking tour in Siena. Her deep knowledge of the city's architecture, history, the Contrade, and the Palio brought the streets to life in a way we never could have experienced on our own. Silvia Roncucci was helpful and thorough. During the tour with my family (my husband and three teenage children) we had fun and learned many anecdotes and stories related not only to the art of Siena but also to the culture and the Palio. It was a fascinating and new experience.

We were fortunate to be visiting on the feast day of one of the Contradas of Siena, so we got to see the parade of its members. The tour guide, Silvia, was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and spoke English very well. She was also very kind because we were running late. Also, we were able to communicate with her via phone to let her know we were running late. That was very nice of her to share her phone number. It was very helpful.
