Piñones es otra excelente alternativa para disfrutar de una comida frita junto a la playa. Piñones es la parte costera del pueblo de Loíza, compuesta por decenas de quioscos que venden buñuelos, brochetas de carne y batidos de frutas frescas.
Playa Vacia Talega es una playa en forma de media luna en Piñones donde el agua es tranquila y las puestas de sol son espectaculares. Esta playa es muy popular entre los locales, por lo que suele estar abarrotada durante el fin de semana o los días festivos. Asegúrate de comer en los quioscos cercanos (donde puedes encontrar algunos de los buñuelos más deliciosos de Puerto Rico) o ve a Loiza Aldea para conocer más sobre Pinones, su gente y su cultura. Además, esta playa tiene un hermoso bosque de uvas marinas que puede llevarte a playas y cuevas más remotas y solitarias, y sí, es uno de nuestros lugares secretos favoritos.
Esta es una parada para tomar un aperitivo y una bebida. Disfruta de una variedad de mojitos y picadera en un ambiente familiar. El mojito es un ponche tradicional cubano. El cóctel a menudo consta de cinco ingredientes: ron blanco, azúcar, jugo de lima, agua con gas y menta. Su combinación de dulzura, cítricos y sabores de menta herbácea pretende complementar el ron y ha convertido al mojito en una bebida popular de verano.

Amazing Tour ! Recommended 💯🔥
The beach part of the tour was honestly the highlight. Riding along the coast and then stopping by the beach was an amazing experience. The views were beautiful, the water was clear, and the whole vibe was super relaxing. We had time to take pictures, enjoy the breeze, and just take it all in. It didn’t feel rushed, which made it even better. The guide gave us space but was still helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. If you’re doing Royal Adventures Puerto Rico, the beach stop is 100% worth it—it really makes the whole experience stand out.
We had a terrible experience with this excursion company. The tour guide was 45 minutes late, and after waiting well beyond the scheduled time, we informed them that we could no longer continue waiting. At that point, the guide still had not arrived and personally committed to processing a refund. We even have screenshots confirming this conversation. Now, almost two months later, after following up on the refund, we discovered the guide falsely told Viator that we actually took the excursion. That is completely untrue. We never participated in the tour because the guide never showed up on time. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dishonesty throughout this process has been extremely frustrating. I would strongly caution others before booking with this company.
Great trip! We first drove from San Juan to the beach, then went off road to the beach which was pretty awesome! Our driver Michael was excellent.

No off-roading whatsoever . Just drove thru lots of traffic and stopped at tourist zones to take pictures and that’s pretty much it . The only cool thing was getting to drive it, for about 15 minutes What I didn’t appreciate either was being told “after prepaying “ online, about the $45 insurance fee that I had to pay… not cool . Other than that , Will never try this again and I don’t recommend it if you have a rental car already . The guy was great tho .
