Itinerario
A las 5 o 6 de la mañana, su conductor lo recogerá y se dirigirá a Haridwar, que está a unas 5 horas en automóvil. Tu primera parada será Har ki Pauri. Confiado en ser uno de los Ghats más sagrados del país, Har Ki Pauri es supuestamente el primer lugar donde Ganga toca llanuras, dejando atrás las cordilleras prístinas del Himalaya. El ghat también se conoce como Brahma Kund, donde se puede ver la piedra que tiene una huella del pie del Señor Vishnu, como se señala por el nombre. También explorarás dos puentes en Rishikesh. Primero está Lakshman Jhula, el popular puente colgante a través del río sagrado Ganga. Este Jhula de 450 pies de largo está construido a una altura de 70 pies del río y está a unos 3 km de la ciudad principal de Rishikesh. El otro puente es Ram Jhula, que es el puente de hierro Parallax en el río Ganga en Rishikesh. Ram Jhula es el puente más nuevo que lleva el nombre del hermano de Lakshman, Lord Ram.
Puedes disfrutar del almuerzo en un restaurante local (a tu cargo) antes de visitar Sivananda Ashram, Parmath Niketan Temple, Gita Bhavan, Swarg Ashram, Ma Anandamayee Ashram, Sapt Rishi Ashram y The Beatles Ashram. Por la noche durante la puesta del sol, visitará Ganga Aarti en Haridwar. Miles de sectas visitan los ghats de la Ganga en Har ki Pauri en Haridwar para presenciar el aarti que comenzó hace varias décadas. Ajay was a great tour guide. He took us to some beautiful places including a beach with sparkling sand! It’s also not every day you’re on a beach and there’s a cow laying in the sand soaking up the sun.

I took part in a fantastic tour in Haridwar and Rishikesh, the sacred sites of the Ganges River, which had a particularly positive effect on me. Our day trip to haridwar and rishikesh was incredible! This was an unmissable experience in India. What made it even better was our tour guide, Ajay. Ajay is a wonderful guide! He answered all my many questions with good humor and lots of information. The scenery is amazing and the many temples and religions were lovely to see and learn about. It was a great day, well worth the drive. Highly recommended!!

This tour is wonderful and the organization was perfect. We had a little glitch at first, but the organizer did well to meet our request. The day is long, but rich in beautiful scenery and moments.

An interesting tour, but a long drive (4 hours each way from/back to Delhi). Visited the various Ghats and Ashrams which were included on the tour, and also a Hindu temple (Glass Temple) which was unlike any other I have visited. I felt the tour could have been shortened as there was quite a time gap between the earlier visits and the start of the evening Aarti ceremony. Pickup arrangements were all fine and good driver and guide.

An excellent one day journey , either in culture or in religion. The driver is very good 👍. The guide was good as well except a little in a hurry .
