My experience was very good with them, they waited me at the airport even if the flight had delay some hours, they waited me with a sing writting my name. I ask also to stop to take out money from ATM. They waited us with cold water. This was very usefull for me, beacuse I was with 2 small children and I needed a safe drive, direct to the hotel. My driver name was HIMA, and was very polite and helpfull with us, with luggage. I recomand them.

My parents were flying to Egypt for the first time and booked a transfer. The driver Hema was very kind and waited for them in the arrivals area.
