Booked this specific trip...

Booked this specific trip because it included the Bardo museum but the museum is closed on Mondays. Then why sell me the museum? Would have gone with another cheaper tour.

Respuesta del operador

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. I would like to clarify that the Bardo Museum is officially closed every Monday, and this information is clearly stated in the tour description. The tour is still offered on Mondays for guests who may have limited time but still wish to visit and enjoy the other important sites included in the itinerary. I fully understand your disappointment regarding the museum visit, and I appreciate you bringing up your concerns. Your feedback is valuable and helps ensure future travellers read the tour details carefully to choose the option that best suits their schedule and interests. Thank you again for your understanding, and I hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Had an excellent guide....

Had an excellent guide. Excursion however was not as advertised. Did not visit the museum. Thought we were on our way there but arrived back at hotel.! Guide did not have any instruction to go to Bardot museum. Best to check itinerary with guide before you set out. Not sure there would have been sufficient time to have done all 4 destinations.

Respuesta del operador

Thank you very much for your feedback, and we're truly glad to hear you had an excellent guide during your excursion. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding the Bardo Museum. Unfortunately, there was a genuine oversight by the tour guide, who completely forgot that the museum was part of the itinerary. As a result, he allowed for more time at the Medina and Sidi Bou Said, aiming to enhance your experience there. To clarify, the tour is designed to cover all four destinations in one day, but it does require a faster pace to fit everything in. We're very sorry that this wasn’t communicated clearly and that your expectations weren’t met. If you're still in Tunisia, we’d love to offer you a complimentary half-day trip to the Bardo Museum to make up for the missed visit. Our team will be reaching out to you shortly to arrange this. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — your feedback helps us improve and ensure better experiences for all our guests. Warm regards, Noureddine Boukari

Day trip to Tunis

Great tour and a lovely day in Tunis and surroundings, we enjoyed a walk around the medina / souk the most and could have spent more time there. Had to explore the medina on our own due to parking issues and a lot of traffic, but at the end it was easy enough and there are maps and basic signposts (or use your phone). It was also great to visit the Bardo and see the fantastic mosaics. Not that much to see in Carthage, but we are glad we went. Very knowledgeable guide, good conversation and he also a safe driver. Can highly recommend it as a great day trip.

Amazing tour

NOURREDINE IS THE MOST OUTSTANDING TOUR GUIDE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. We brought our children ages 11 and 13 and he was kind and compassionate. He answered all of their questions. It was a great tour and flexibility this tour offers is unparalleled. We stopped for nice coffee. We stopped for a nice lunch. We did a few detours thanks to his kindness

An amazing day with an amazing guide!

We had an amazing day sight seeing Tunis, Carthage and Sidi Bou Saïd! Our guide Noureddine, was so kind and knowledgeable- he seemed to know the answers to all of our questions, and was very passionate about the history of Tunisia which was lovely to see. It was a shame we couldn’t visit the Bardo museum as it was closed (Monday) but we got to visit musee Dar al Anabee in Sidi Bou Saïd which was incredible and had a beautiful view from the terrace. He also took us to a rooftop in Tunis which had the most stunning views- something we never would have found if we went alone. Noureddine gave us plenty of time alone to take photos after each mini tour, which we really appreciated and was incredibly kind and helpful when I began to feel unwell around lunchtime. I would definitely recommend booking a tour with Noureddine and would rebook with him in future!

Tour was highly informative. Noureddine did an excellent job and he crafted the day for me to spend more time at the sites that were most desired to observe like the newly reopened Bardo Museum.
