Lo invitamos a unirse a nosotros en un recorrido cultural especial. Incluye una visita a los castillos más famosos y apreciados de Rumanía, el castillo de Peles y el castillo de Bran (el castillo de Drácula). La última parte del día nos llevará a la Fortaleza de Rasnov oa Poiana Brasov. Y, como nos gusta ser flexibles, le sugerimos que elija la última parada usted mismo. Entonces, si te apasiona la historia y no quieres perderte la Fortaleza de Rasnov, puedes elegir visitarla. Alternativamente, podemos ir a Poiana Brasov, para dar un agradable paseo por el complejo de montaña más famoso de Rumanía. Entonces, si ha decidido visitar Transilvania y descubrir su historia, está en el lugar correcto. Este viaje es adecuado tanto para grupos privados como para viajeros independientes. Itinerario
La primera parada que hacemos es en el Castillo de Peles. Se considera el conjunto arquitectónico histórico (de influencia alemana) más importante de Rumanía. Debido a su valor histórico y artístico, sigue siendo uno de los monumentos más importantes y bellos de Europa y una de las atracciones turísticas más visitadas de Rumanía (segundo lugar después del Castillo de Bran). El castillo seguramente te impresionará por su opulencia, por el hecho de que tiene 160 habitaciones y que en su momento estaba completamente electrificado. También tenía un ascensor y un techo de cristal móvil que se abría a pedido. El rey solía impresionar a sus invitados mostrándoles el estrellado cielo nocturno de verano.
Próxima parada: Castillo de Drácula, supuestamente la residencia del Conde Drácula No te arrepentirás ni un momento si eliges visitar este castillo, especialmente porque se encuentra bastante cerca de Brasov. Quedará simplemente encantado por la belleza del castillo y especialmente por la ubicación y los alrededores. Por eso te invito a que te dejes llevar por la historia y la cultura y saldrás de casa con una extraordinaria carga positiva de tu alma. El castillo de Bran está lleno de historia. El personaje del Conde Drácula aparece por primera vez en la novela “Drácula”, escrita por el escritor irlandés Bram Stoker y publicada en 1897 en Inglaterra. Originalmente, el nombre de Drácula no asusta en absoluto. Deriva del nombre dado a una orden de cruzados, la Orden del Dragón, con la que tanto Vlad el Empalador como su padre Vlad Dracul (un miembro de esta orden) estaban asociados.
La última parada es su elección: Fortaleza de Rasnov o Poiana Brasov La fortaleza de Râșnov es una de las fortalezas más bellas del país rumano. Ha sido elegida por muchos directores para filmar en varias épocas, siendo una de las películas más importantes rodadas aquí Cold Mountain, la película ganadora del Oscar protagonizada por Nicole Kidman. Este pico rocoso ha sido defendido desde la época de los dacios, hace más de dos mil años, como lo demuestran los recientes descubrimientos arqueológicos. En un momento en que el castillo de Bran aún no se había construido, Rasnov era un punto importante para comerciar y cobrar impuestos a los comerciantes por la realeza. Desde aquí se pueden ver las crestas de Bucegi, el macizo de Postăvaru y Piatra Craiului. También puede ver casi toda la ciudad de Râșnov, una combinación de cultura rumana y sajona, ubicada a 650 m de altitud.
Poiana Brasov es el complejo de montaña más solicitado y popular de todo el país. Aquí, invierno tras invierno, se reúnen miles de turistas apasionados por los deportes de invierno como el esquí y el snowboard. Poiana Brasov se asemeja a una pequeña ciudad, con lujosos hoteles y buenos restaurantes y es del agrado de todos aquellos que eligen pasar unos días aquí. En los últimos años han aparecido nuevas y modernas localizaciones, aumentando el confort y la satisfacción de los turistas. Se han construido hoteles y pensiones, cabañas turísticas, una iglesia, una pista de patinaje, un zoológico, una piscina, campos deportivos, gimnasios, pistas equipadas con nieve artificial e instalaciones nocturnas, remontes, telesillas, teleféricos. Un paseo por Poiana Brasov puede ser justo lo que necesita después de un día lleno de historia. ¡La decisión es tuya!

Friendly, chilled and informative guide. Provided options and flexibility when attractions were closed, which meant we had the opportunity to get into the mountain villages for amazing landscape views. Lovely experience and a great trip around the Brasov region.

To anyone not sure whether they should spend the extra money on a private tour, I would say absolutely yes! Dinu, our guide was absolutely fantastic. We arrived to Brasov by train from Budapest and had to leave again for a very specific train to continue to Bucharest that night. He monitored our train's progress and was there to greet us at the station as we arrived and he made sure that we were back in time for our evening train too. At every step, he was happy to customise our tour to our liking including taking us to a couple of food spots to try out some traditional dishes. The tour has quite a bit of driving, but there was never an awkward moment between him telling us about the history of Romania and the castles, answering our questions and just sharing stories from our lives. He offered to take lots of pictures of us and patiently waited (and joined!) when we wanted to say hi to the local cats 😅 Dinu made sure that our tour was a memory that will last forever and we wish him all the best.

I spent three wonderful days traveling with Ramona and Radu, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Each day was thoughtfully planned and completely different, showcasing a wide range of sites and experiences. On the first day, we visited the fortified churches of Prejmer and Hărman, followed by time in Poiana Brașov. It was a perfect introduction to the region’s history and scenery. The second day took us off the beaten path to the Vâltorile de la Lisa (Lisa Whirlpools), the Moara cu Noroc de la Ohaba (Lucky Ohaba Mill), and the impressive Făgăraș Fortress. This day was especially memorable for its mix of local traditions and medieval history. On the third day, we explored some of Romania’s most beautiful castles: Peleș, Pelișor, and Cantacuzino, each with its own unique character and story. Ramona and Radu were fantastic throughout the entire trip. Ramona was wonderful to work with during the planning process. She listened carefully to what I wanted to see, communicated openly, and helped create an itinerary that felt personal and well‑balanced. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. Both Ramona and Radu were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend traveling with Day Trips Brasov!

Ramona was fantastic. She did everything she could to ensure we had a great experience. We were first in to Peles Castle and therefore could experience with minimum disruption from crowds infront of us. This did mean going through at a pace but still enough time to listen and view it all. The Citadel was not available so she offered an alternative experience and offered advice on best ways to maximise time and money. She was knowledgeable on the history of the area and shared this with passion. Her vehicle was comfortable and clean.

What a legend! Dinu, our tour guide, was not only super knowledgeable but also hilarious and so much fun to hang out with. He has this way of making history and culture feel exciting instead of boring, and he sprinkled in just the right amount of jokes and stories to keep us entertained the whole time. Honestly, it felt like exploring with a really smart friend who knows all the secret spots. He made sure everyone felt comfortable, answered every random question we threw at him, and somehow managed to make the whole group laugh and learn at the same time. Definitely the highlight of our trip! Now here’s the twist—we didn’t even want to leave this review. Not because he wasn’t amazing (he totally was), but because he’s our little secret and we don’t want anyone stealing him from us. But he insisted we write something, so fine… here it is.
