8am : Reúnase con su Guía bajo el gran letrero rojo de "Salón de la Asamblea Popular" (en Chino : 重庆市人民大礼堂) en la Plaza del Pueblo de Chongqing. Para llegar se puede coger fácilmente metro, autobús público y taxi. La estación de metro más cercana es "Chongqing People's Auditorium Station", salida 1.
9am : Tome un taxi a la estación de Liziba. La estación de metro de Liziba es muy popular en las redes sociales. No es una atracción turística, pero su singularidad se debe al hecho de que esta estación de metro se encuentra en medio de un edificio. Aquí tomará un tren y experimentará que el tren ligero atraviesa el edificio residencial.
El parque Chongqing E'ling, ubicado en el distrito de Yuzhong, fue establecido en 1909 y una vez fue el jardín privado del hombre más rico local. Camine hasta el Pabellón Lansheng dentro del parque y obtendrá una vista impresionante de la magnífica convergencia de los ríos Yangtsé y Jialing. También es un excelente lugar para una vista de aves de la ciudad de Chongqing.
1040 am: Caminando por el callejón Shancheng. El callejón Shancheng en Chongqing es de aproximadamente 1,5 kilómetros y es un pequeño callejón lleno de encanto histórico y la esencia de la vida cotidiana. El carril está pavimentado con pizarra verde y construido a lo largo de la ladera de la montaña, sinuoso y retorcido con la arquitectura tradicional de Chongqing en ambos lados, adornado con vegetación y flores florecientes. 12.30 pm : Tome un taxi hasta el puente de Dongshuimen para disfrutar de una vista muy única del teleférico del río Yangtsé de Chongqing desde la distancia. El Cableway del río Yangtsé de Chongqing es aclamado como el "Primer Corredor Aéreo sobre el río Yangtsé" y el "Ascensor local". Este teleférico ha estado oficialmente operativo desde 1987, abarcando casi 1,8 kilómetros de longitud. Se mueve a una velocidad de 6 metros por segundo y tarda unos 4 minutos en viajar de una orilla del río Yangtsé a la otra. Sirve como medio de transporte para los desplazamientos diarios de los ciudadanos. Con la construcción del puente del río Yangtsé, poco a poco se ha convertido en un medio tradicional de conectar las dos orillas.
1250 pm : Caminata al Mercado Mayorista Chaosianmen. Este es el lugar más representativo de Chongqing donde la transición de lo viejo a lo nuevo, se llena de un sentido de ciencia ficción ciberpunk. Además, aquí es donde los "bangbang men" de los porteadores son los más concentrados. Está muy cerca de Raffles City (Muelle Chaotianmen), nos tomaremos un descanso aquí.
14 pm: Caminata a la cueva Hongya. La cueva Hongya tiene más de 2.000 años de antigüedad y ha sido restaurada una y otra vez para preservar su belleza. Uno de los lugares más famosos para ver la vista nocturna de Chongqing, y el lugar panorámico más concurrido. Por lo tanto, la cueva de Hongya siempre está atascada de tráfico y turistas por la noche.
15 pm: Plaza JIefangbei. Este es el corazón de la ciudad de Chongqing. Alberga el monumento a la Liberación del Pueblo en el centro del bulevar peatonal. Hay un montón de opciones para comer y comprar en los alrededores. También es el lugar para la gente que mira. El tour termina aquí. Robert was an excellent tour guide! With this being my first day in Chongqing, he made an overwhelming city all the more manageable with his in depth knowledge of the city, it's history and some of the real highlights to see- including places I wouldn't have thought to visit! He was flexible with our itenerary, attentive to my needs and a fast friend. Would gladly recommend this tour to others- albeit something you could do yourself to save some money. Thank you!

Scenic tour was strenuous walking up and down stairs, steps, slopes. Difficult understanding our guide.

I went on this tour with my mom and we absolutely loved it! It also happened to be just the two of us. Our tour guide was Aaron and he was incredibly delightful and well informed on the history and culture. The pacing was great, we never felt rushed, and he even accommodated my mom’s needs since she has a bad knee. Other than the gift shops and other things that I bought, the admission fees were all taken care of. He was amazing and I would definitely do this again.

Our guide, Peter, showed us Chongqing in all its glory. What a beautiful city. From Gooseneck ( Eling) Park to the bustling streets of the old town, with enchanting tea houses perched on the mountain side. We particularly enjoyed visiting the museums celebrating General Sitwell and the Flying Tigers. Peter also showed us the best place to have authentic Chongqin noodles. We had a wonderful couple of days made all the more enjoyable in Peter's company.

Must do in Chongqing. This is such a fascinating city. And probably difficult to explore on your own. Albert is a great guide with a profound knowledge of his city and history. His gave good tips what to visit and where to have some good food.
