This was one of the most memorable experiences ever. The natural beauty was breathtaking and the weather was perfect. Our driver Yuli was very sweet and helpful, and greeted us with a lovely smile everyday. Andhika, our tour guide, helped us throughout the whole trip and made sure it went smooth, and made us feel safe and taken care of for the whole trip, so we didn’t have to worry about fees and tickets at all. Totally recommend booking with Helios. We went during peak season so there was a bit of crowd but it was manageable. Needs a bit of fitness as back to back days will get tiring. Overall an amazing experience we will never forget.

Awesome trip! Great tours, and these guys also absolutely saved me when I forgot my wallet on the bus when departing, they drove to the nearest train station and gave it to me as we were passing by. Such legends!

We did the 2-day trip – Bromo – Ijen with Helios Tour, and it’s great from start to finish. Organisation: welcome in Malang at 00h, Ijen and transfer to Bali with ferry. Many thanks to Yuri our driver and Andhika our guide. The pace is intense (departures at midnight then 2am), but the experience is well worth the effort, kindness and warm atmosphere

Our tour guide, Tony, and driver, Rizal, were absolutely amazing — incredibly helpful, friendly, and full of fun energy. They made us feel not just as guests but as their own friends they’re bringing around, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. The tour was very flexible, allowing us to adjust our plans easily and take our time at each stop. Tony and Rizal also ensured our safety at every step, especially during the Lake Ijen climb — carefully guiding us down the rocks in the dark to see the blue flame and checking on us constantly.
