- En caso de lluvia ligera (menos de 1 mm por hora), se proporcionarán impermeables adecuados sin costo alguno y las excursiones se realizarán según lo previsto. En caso de condiciones climáticas extremas, su excursión podría ser reprogramada o cancelada con un reembolso completo por su seguridad.
- Para menores de 7 años, hay disponibles asientos infantiles montados en bicicletas eléctricas (máximo 2 unidades).
- Para los patinetes eléctricos de 3 ruedas (triciclos), la edad mínima del conductor es de 18 años y la edad máxima es de 69 años.
- Por favor, dé por sentado que todo el mundo debería ser capaz de montar en bicicleta y mantener el equilibrio.
- En algunos tramos circularemos por carriles bici, pero no hay carriles bici en todas partes de Praga. En otros tramos compartiremos la vía pública con coches, así que si viajas con niños, decide con antelación si pueden circular por la calzada con coches o no.
- Los asientos para bebés están disponibles sin cargo adicional para las visitas guiadas en vivo, pero en las visitas autoguiadas (GPS) cuestan 20 euros por toda la duración del recorrido.
- No está permitido para personas con discapacidad mental, ni para quienes no pueden manipular los dedos o una de las manos.

We had a wonderful, fun time on this tour! Riding trikes was easy and a great way to see so much of Prague, even in December. The guide was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience both enjoyable and informative. The panoramic views were beautiful, and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend this tour for a fun, memorable way to explore the city!
My Mum and I went on a trike tour which was amazing. We both really enjoyed it and would highly recommend having ago. Randal our tour guide helped my Mum get on and off the trike as she has a bad hip. He was very friendly and took great photos for us at the stops. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a great time on this tour. I am sure it is generally a delightful tour. However, our guide, Robert, made it fantastic! He was such a pleasure to be with and listen to. He not only was very knowledgeable, his sense of humor added to the enjoyment of learning so much in a short time. He was considerate and provided personalized services for each of the group's attendees. We would highly recommend not only this tour but any tour Robert leads.
I truly recommend this tour on your visit to Prague as the staff are incredibly friendly and provide you with knowledgeable information on each attraction included in the tour, while giving you time to take your own pictures. The tour guide also takes very good pictures 😁

We had a Josef, he was an amazing tour guide, very helpful at showing us how to use the trikes and ensured a steady pace while we got used to it! Also learned lots of interesting facts about the city and they even offered help and tips after the ride for exploring
