Nice guide Miki. Remarkable contribution
We have visited Prague three times as a family. On our third trip, we were looking for something new to do together. Our teenage daughter stumbled on this workshop and convinced us to go. We love chimney cake, especially fresh and hot. The workshop was the right pace for our kids, ages 9 and 15. I bake at home a lot and was hoping to make the dough myself - the workshop starts the process with the dough already made. But the instructor answered all my questions and provided the complete recipe at the end. Assembling and baking the chimney cake is a fun hands-on experience for families with kids. The result was delicious. The staff were very kind and helpful.

We had such a fun experience making chimney cakes! Lucia was our instructor, and she was absolutely wonderful. She made everyone feel welcome from the moment we arrived and created such a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere. She explained everything clearly, was patient with questions, and made the whole process feel easy and engaging. It was a great hands-on experience, and the chimney cakes turned out delicious. You can tell Lucia genuinely enjoys what she does, and her enthusiasm made the experience even more memorable. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a unique and fun activity!

A wonderful event learning how you make chimneycakes. The patisserie chef Miki was very organised, excellent English, calm and methodical and very pedagogic. I am impressed. This event is NOT only for people interested in pastry/baking but really for everyone. And it was a lot of fun. And a place to meet people from other countries and also get tips on how to go about different types of doughs etc. Absolutely worth every penny. Thanks to Miki who did a brilliant job and I would love to taste HIS pastries🤩But as for now I have my own chimney cake🤩👍🌻
