Itinerario

It was 1st class from beginning to end. Phillip was very informative and easy to relate to. We couldn’t of had a better guide.
Dear Dennis, Thank you so much for your wonderful review — "first class from beginning to end" truly made our day! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the Porto experience and that your guide was such a great match for you. We will make sure he knows how much you appreciated him. We hope to welcome you back to Portugal soon! Warm regards, Rui
We had an outstanding all-day tour of Porto, and our guide, Filipe, made the experience truly memorable. His knowledge of the city's history, culture, architecture, and local traditions was exceptional, and he shared information in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. Filipe was not only incredibly informative but also personable, friendly, and a pleasure to spend the day with. He tailored the experience to our interests, answered every question thoughtfully, and introduced us to many aspects of Porto that we would never have discovered on our own.
Thank you for such a generous and thoughtful review. Porto has a way of revealing itself slowly, and it's always rewarding to hear that a guest left feeling they'd truly understood the city — its history, its character, and the little corners that rarely make it into the guidebooks. We're glad the day felt tailored and unhurried. Porto deserves that kind of attention. Rui
Awesome day! Was able to accomplish so much with everything worked like clockwork thanks to Marta our amazing guide! She is knowledgeable, efficient and went over and beyond to help us with mobility issues. Highly recommend her without reservation.
Thank you for this — it's particularly meaningful to hear that the day felt smooth and well taken care of, especially when there are extra considerations to keep in mind. Porto is a city that deserves to be explored without worry, and we're glad it worked out that way. Hope to welcome you back one day. Rui
Awesome day trip to beautiful Porto. Our guide Filipe was exceptional, professional & knowledgeable. Pick up was on time. He guided us all day, great English, ensuring our private tour was memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.
Thank you — we're glad Porto left such a strong impression, whether the journey started in Lisbon or Milan! Porto has a way of making people feel it was worth travelling from anywhere. Delighted the day ran smoothly and that everything came together as it should. Hope to see you back in Portugal again soon. Rui
Rui was the best. He was kind, caring, attentive and very knowledgeable. He took us to some great spots and set up a wonderful meal at a fun local tasty restaurant. I highly recommend him for any tour.
15/06/26 10:20 Thank you, Rob — it was a real pleasure to show you Porto. That city always has something new to offer, and I'm glad the day — and the meal — hit the right notes. Hope to cross paths again on your next visit to Portugal.
Marta was a great guide. We were taken to some really cool sites in Porto. The boat tour and port wine tasting was great. Lunch was delicious.
16/06/26 09:24 Thank you, Lindsay — Porto lends itself beautifully to that combination of river, wine, and a good lunch. Glad all three delivered. Hope to welcome you back to Portugal one day. Rui
Because of a dock workers strike our scheduled stop in Porto on our cruise was canceled. Unlike others on our cruise, we had a lot of time in Lisbon (using it as our home base) to explore outside Lisboa. With a few adjustments and searches online I decided to add a full day private tour from Lisbon to Porto. We wanted to enjoy quality time in Porto, not just a quick stop. We are so glad that we found Duca. What a top notch way to travel. Our assigned driver, Filipe was full of knowledge and pride for Portugal and of course Porto. We learned so much about Porto, way beyond its association with Port wine. We were together for 14 hours and saw much of Porto and Gaia, as we learned the roles each of those cities play in Port production. We ate a traditional lunch in one of Filipe’s favorite traditional restaurants. And we walked and walked. It was so thorough and enjoyable. Thank you!
Thank you, Grace — turning a cancelled port stop into a full private day in Porto is one of those right call. You gave the city the time it deserves, and the relationship between Porto and Gaia is one of those stories that only makes sense when you're standing between the two, looking across the river. We're glad the day felt thorough and unhurried. Portugal has a way of rewarding those who find their own path to it. Rui
This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. Porto is a must see! Our tour guide was amazing.
Thank you — Porto has that effect on people, and we're glad the day did it justice. Hope it wasn't the last time you visit Portugal. Rui
We had a wonderful time with Marta in Porto! Marta was so kind, attentive and conscientious to our entire family and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. She customized our trip and even made sure we could see the most beautiful bookstore in Portugal! And her recommendation for lunch was perfect! We will be back and we hope we can spend the day with Marta again. We highly recommend asking for her specifically if you choose this experience. You will, no doubt, be taken care of like a VIP!
16/06/26 09:32 Thank you — Porto deserves that kind of attention, and Livraria Lello never fails to leave an impression, no matter how many times you've seen it. Glad the day felt personal and well paced, and that lunch hit the right note too. We hope Porto calls you back before too long. Rui
Excellent guide/driver and a great day of food, wine, sites, and conversation. We would repeat this!
Thank you, Elizabeth — food, wine, sights, and good conversation is about as complete a day in Porto as you can ask for. Glad it all came together. Hope to welcome you back one day. Rui
