Explore el centro histórico de Oporto en una visita guiada a pie. Descubre el barrio de Sé. Piérdete por los pequeños callejones y calles estrechas de la parte medieval de la ciudad. Después de eso, dirígete a la estación de tren más hermosa del país. En el camino, descubre dónde se desarrolla la vida nocturna de la ciudad. A continuación, maravíllate ante algunos hermosos edificios art nouveau hasta llegar a la famosa Librería Lello. Descubra una de las librerías más antiguas de Portugal clasificada entre las mejores librerías del mundo. Después pasaremos por la Torre de los Clérigos. Esta iglesia puede verse desde varios puntos de la ciudad y es uno de sus símbolos más característicos. La estación de tren de São Bento se encuentra en el Centro Histórico de Oporto, que ha sido declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO y Monumento Nacional de Portugal. Aquí podrá disfrutar de los hermosos azulejos, la arquitectura y la sensación de ser un portugués del norte.
Rua das flores era la calle conocida por sus increíbles joyerías caseras, sin embargo, durante mucho tiempo estuvo un poco abandonada, pero hace 4 años reabrieron la calle y ganó una nueva vida donde a los artistas callejeros les gusta realizar sus espectáculos.
Te mostraremos, desde afuera, y te explicaremos un poco de la historia de la librería más conocida de Oporto, la librería Lello, un edificio de 1881 que inspiró a JK Rowling en los libros de Harry Potter.
Las iglesias carmelitas parecen la iglesia más grande de la ciudad, sin embargo, esto se debe a que son dos iglesias separadas por una de las casas más estrechas del mundo, y la razón la descubrirás en el día con nosotros :) .
La Torre de los Clérigos es uno de los hitos arquitectónicos paradigmáticos de Oporto. La estructura es, de hecho, parte de la Iglesia de los Clérigos, representando su campanario. La iglesia propiamente dicha se construyó entre 1732 y 1750, pero las obras de construcción de la Torre de los Clérigos no comenzaron antes de 1754 y terminaron en 1763. Este es sin duda el monumento más emblemático de Oporto, y te contamos todo al respecto.
En Oporto decimos que el mejor lugar para estar en Gaia (al otro lado del río), porque desde allí se tiene la vista panorámica de Oporto, sin embargo, para aquellos que conocen el mirador de Vitoria, saben que desde Oporto es posible tener impresionantes vistas de Gaia, especialmente a las bodegas. Aquí podrá disfrutar de estas increíbles vistas.
Tendremos tiempo para aprender un poco sobre la Catedral de Oporto, un edificio del siglo XII y tener la oportunidad de disfrutar de la hermosa vista desde allí hacia Oporto y el río.

Americo met Tom and me at the Vimara Peres statue near the Cathedral, a terrific start to our 3-hour+ walking tour. He clearly loves his city and knows it well. In addition to Porto’s remarkable train station, the Cathedral and other iconic sites, he shared stories and sites that added perspective and depth, including a stop at an archeological site near the Cathedral that we hadn’t noticed earlier this week. A young mother and well-behaved toddler from Gaia were delightful fellow travelers. Americo ended our tour with a walk across the beautiful Douro River to view his beloved city from Gaia.
I loved, I loved, wonderful city. On my first visit to the city of Porto I fell in love. St. Benedict's beautiful station, the streets, the broth market I loved and everything cleaned despite the huge tourists who walked there. Experience to repeat for sure

The informative guide gave lots interesting facts and stories about the locations visited. We walked at an easy pace but still managed to visit lots of locations. Many recommendations were given to visit after the tour.
This was far more than a walk to see the key sites, the guide provided great insights & historical knowledge of portugal & relevance in Porto
Very knowledgeable guide. Unfortunately he was quite late. The tour should have been three hours and it overran by 25 minutes. I had another tour at 2pm so had to leave the end. Thankfully he ordered a taxi for me. I did just make the next tour
Pedro was unbelievable! He stayed with us more than the 4 hours the tour called for. Even when I thought I couldn’t walk anymore I wanted to hear more of the history and insights into the area that I didn’t want to end the tour! I highly recommend this tour and especially Pedro!

Very nice corner, we preferred Porto than Lisbon, very touristy, what is a shame is that it takes advantage to increase prices.
