We had a great day! Our tour guide Cass -y was so nice! Very informative. Stopped at several beautiful viewpoints. Took a water taxi to Sugar beach which had GREAT GREAT snorkeling from the beach. A little rocky at entry but not too bad. Spent 1 hour there. Had a nice buffet lunch at Seashell restaurant included on a beautiful verandah right on the water. We ended up at Sulfur Springs for dip in hot pools and mud baths. Part of our group stayed dry and toured the volcano instead. It was a great day! I could only wish for more time at Sugar beach which was just great.
My wife and I went on the tour on the 27th January. Our guide was Cassius. He was welcoming, pleasant, helpful and curteous. His driving was excellent, the tour was excellent and everyone (10 of us) on the trip enjoyed it. He had drinks on board and was happy to fish them out. A similar tour has included drinks on the beach, but we didn’t miss them. The beach was busy, but we eventually got a bed as people cycled off the beach who were on other tours. The minibus was comfort and clean without any issues. A couple of things that would have improved it are: A) improved the method of payment from the UK and final payment in St Lucia (I don’t carry that much cash); B) one or more of the waterfalls, our itinerary said there was one but we fonts get to it; C) A better way of seeing the tour when you come out of the terminal, I was expecting a building/hut rather than the tour guide with a small sign. Having said the about I would highly recommend the tour and company, very helpful and better than the ship’s tours.
Worst travel experience received. The owner of the business was rude, unprofessional and did not honor any of our agreements or plans. She actually tried to deny the tings she agreed to until I pulled out the months long list of VN and messages as proof. Then she wanted to play nice. Too late. She is a scammer Don’t ever sign up for this tour. It is not custom. They take you to sites where they want to go Not to the places you desire or agree to. The driver arrived late then say time don’t permit to see all the sites then still drop you off 2 hrs early. Robber’s don’t book!!! Be Warned!! . The owner also told the driver to cancel the tour 40 minutes in because Viator didn’t pay her yet. Luckily the driver was a man of perspective and accountability. He knew the owner was at fault and felt responsible. So he still took us around and didn’t follow her orders to leave us in the middle of ST Lucia.
