When I booked this I did not know what to expect. I knew my mother wanted to see a vineyard so I booked it with my mother and father. This was an absolutely magical experience that exceeded all expectations. Words don't do it justice. It would be perfect for couples or small family. You'll be glad you did this.
What a fun afternoon we had. The tour was great and my daughter got to cross stomping grapes in Italy off her bucket list! The lunch was superb as was the wine tasting. An overall excellent afternoon.
Tommas was an incredible guide! He was knowledgeable about the area and wines. Request him for an amazing day in the hillsides.
Because our family is originally from Italy, we were insistent on doing the grape stomping as they would have back in the day. It was so memorable, we're glad we were able to book this adventure. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with us. The food and wine tasting was truly amazing. Definitely surpassed our expectations. The only sad part was I thought we were going to be outdoors and have gorgeous pictures like posted, but we had to be inside. Still totally worth it! Plus we got to keep our bottles of grape juice we stomped!
This is by far one of the best experiences we have ever had! The private personal tour, grape stomping and quite intimate lunch were all amazing! The owner listened to us and our dessert was catered to that. If you’re on the fence about booking this experience do it!! You won’t regret it!
Thank you for your feedback and we hope to have you again on one of our experiences!
This ended our trip beautifully. We had the best experience. Ariana was fabulous and super knowledgeable. We learned about the vineyard and the wines and the chianti region. Then, we did some grape stomping which was just a fun, unique experience. Afterwards we went a very cute tasting room and had the best wines. We had so many tasty treats to go with 9 tasty wines. My favorite was the homemade pasts. Perfecto! The family that runs it all came and introduced themselves, which was unique and made the experience so nice. Thank you!
We loved our grape stomping, wine tasting and lunch experience. They did a great job communicating and helping us book on short notice. The guides at the winery were extremely friendly and knowledgable. We had two young kids (3 and 1) who loved the experience as well!
We were already staying in Tuscany and our driver/guide picked us up in a Mercedes van. She spoke very clear English and was very informative as we made our short trip to the vineyard. We arrived at a small vineyard (Guidi), our family were the only visitors at the time and were given a personal tour by the owner. Our kids stomped grapes at first and then my wife and I joined in for some great family pictures. We eventually made "foot wine" and the juice was collected and bottled. The kids designed the label as my wife and I tried the different varieties they offered along with Tuscan tapas. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend. The only issue we had was a few days later the cork popped in our suitcase due to fermentation so keep an eye your foot wine!
