This trio was exactly as expected. We simply wanted to hire a driver to make sure we made our all aboard time for our cruise. Of note the Driver is not a tour guide and that was clearly explained to us prior to booking. We were contacted to verify what we wanted to do. And a recommendation was to get dropped off at La Spezia central to take the train between the towns. It is not easy to drive between the towns. The train ticket offered an option to travel all day between the towns and allowed us to explore more of the region. We will hire a local driver again.
Salvatore was a very nice driver! He picked us up from the cruise port and drove us to Cinque Terre!!! We visited Vernazza and Manarola and the a stop by Pisa Tower on the way back to the ship. He was a very careful and peaceful driver, very respectful and patient with our kids. We highly recommend him!
