- La entrada es gratis solo para visitantes discapacitados con su ayudante, previa presentación de la certificación adecuada en el cajero.
- Por motivos de seguridad, los niños que no hayan cumplido 8 años al final de este año, así como los infantes, no pueden entrar.
- Los menores de 18 años deben ir acompañados de un adulto. Es posible que se solicite un documento de identidad para verificar la edad.
- Las bolsas de mano/maletas/equipaje deben dejarse en el guardarropa antes de la visita y serán recogidas al final de la visita.
- La visita dura aproximadamente 35 minutos. El ascenso es a pie y hay 251 escalones.
- La visita no es recomendable para personas con problemas musculares y cardiovasculares.
- El suelo es irregular y resbaladizo
- El guía esperará en el punto de encuentro no más de 5', luego comienza el recorrido. Si llega tarde, puede intentar llamar al guía y comunicarse con el grupo en la entrada de la Torre Inclinada.

While our tour guide was knowledgeable, the tour was both in English and Italian. This was disappointing and feel like only got value for half the time I paid for. Could not ask questions and our guide seemed to favor speaking more with the Italians in the group. At the end, felt disappointed. When I signed up for the tour, there was nothing said that it was to be in multiple languages.

Italian often requires more words to express the same concepts, which can make it sound longer, even when the content is identical. Of course, we all have to see the Tower - but in my opinion the Basilica steals the show. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Our guide Eloise successfully navigated our small group through the mobs getting their shots holding up the tower, while giving us a lot of great information. She was very kind and incredibly knowledgeable. If you're going to visit Pisa, I think you will be disappointed in your visit if you don't invest in a guided tour, a great guide like Eloise adds so much to the experience.

Very informative and interesting. Great photo opportunities. Surprisingly climbing down the tower was more frightening than going up.
