Itinerario

Giordano was an amazing guide! He was patient when we came running into the square. He had delightful stories about the region, and we ate absolutely spectacular local cuisine. He was personable, helped a family running late find us at the first stop, and soon had all of us chatting like old friends. We are on day 4 of our Mediterranean cruise, and this was, by far, the BEST time we have had all vacation! We will highly recommend Giordano and this tour to everyone we know, and everyone we meet! Thank you for a relaxed, local experience. It was exactly what we were looking for, and with any luck, we'll be back for this experience again! The Laceys
Sacha was amazing!! She has such a wonderful vibe, and made our Pisa food tour very memorable. The food was excellent!! She was even kind enough to give me food recommendations for the second leg of our trip!
We had an amazing experience on this food tour. Our guide, Corrado, was incredibly knowledgeable about Pisa's history, culture, and local food scene, which made every stop even more interesting. What really stood out was how well he engaged with everyone in the group. He made it easy for everyone to interact, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere throughout the tour. He was also very accommodating of food allergies, making sure everyone could enjoy the experience without feeling like they were missing out. The food was outstanding—every stop offered something delicious and authentic, and we left feeling like we had truly experienced the local cuisine rather than just sampled tourist spots. If you're visiting Pisa and want a great introduction to the city's food and culture, I highly recommend this tour. Thank you, Corrado, for such a memorable day!
We were met by our very friendly tour guide and taken to 5 different food venues. Our guide was happy to swap foods if you didn't like them. A really memorable evening which I'm sure we won't forget.
This was a great tour with Valentina! There were so many foods we had not tried previously and she knew a lot about the local culture and history of the foods. We were so full by the end! Would highly recommend!
Our food tour in Pisa with Sacha Gilbert was one of the highlights of our entire vacation. From the moment we met her, her enthusiasm, warmth, and love for her city were contagious. She didn’t just take us to great food stops—she shared the history, culture, and traditions behind everything we tasted, making the experience feel authentic and personal. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed a delicious Tuscan platter with local meats and cheeses, incredible pici al ragù, traditional cecina, and some of the best gelato we’ve had in Italy. Every stop was thoughtfully chosen and showcased a different aspect of Tuscan cuisine. What truly sets Sacha apart is how much she genuinely cares about her guests. After the tour, she sent a detailed follow-up email with a recap of everything we tasted, recommendations for restaurants and food markets in Rome, and a heartfelt thank-you message. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of guide and person she is. Sacha made everyone in our group feel welcome, and by the end of the afternoon she felt more like a friend than a tour guide. If you’re visiting Pisa and want an experience that combines amazing food, local insight, and unforgettable hospitality, don’t hesitate to book a tour with Sacha. You won’t regret it! Grazie mille, Sacha, for such a wonderful day and for sharing your beautiful city with us.
Absolutely brilliant! A great way to start the holiday in Pisa! No Google Maps needed - the tour guide ( Alessadra) was fantastic! Like having a friend to show us around and chat with while we ate fab food and met and dined in lovely restaurants that only locals would know about. Great walks / explanation of history of Pisa too. Great value for money. Highly recommend.
Sasha was simply amazing! Every stop on our tour was thoughtfully planned, and from the moment she arrived, she was prompt, professional, and incredibly engaging. From the start it felt like she was part of our family rather than someone we had just met. At each location, the owners clearly adored her. They took the time to share the stories behind their venues and food, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Sasha's passion for what she does shines through in every aspect of the experience, and it made all the difference. This was, without question, my favorite excursion of our trip. Sasha reminded us that there are still genuinely kind people in the world. She even went above and beyond by recommending restaurants for our next stop in Rome, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food at every stop was outstanding. One thing I learned on this tour is not to ask what I'm eating until afterward—I wanted to experience each dish without any preconceived notions or bias. It made the experience even more enjoyable, and I discovered flavors I may have otherwise overlooked. If you're considering booking a tour with Sasha, don't hesitate. You'll leave with wonderful memories, amazing food experiences, and the feeling that you've spent the day with a friend.
This was another great Viator tour. Our guide knew a lot about local food and wine. The food was very plentiful. 1st a charcuterie board with drinks. The choices of meats was enjoyable, then 2nd was a great restaurant where we had our choice of several pastas (in a really neat cavelike restaurant), 3rd we were treated to the street food Celina. ( crispy and good), finally 4th was wonderful gelato. The guide had a great personality, and we had lots of laughs. I highly recommend this tour.
Sacha was fantastic, very knowledgeable and fun to be with, We shared lots of stories and kelt like we had made a new best friend.
