It was an absolutely amazing experience, choose Sasha as your tour guide if you can, she adjusted the plan a little bit to accommodate me, very knowledgeable about local history and culture. I got late due to another booking but Sasha and her team waited for me and made sure I can still see the best of the tour. She also took me to a few local stores, she asked me first if I was interested to see them, so I chose the Papyrus, perfume and statue stores. She just waited patiently while I was walking around there, both Sasha and the store staffs didn’t tried to push me to buy anything, it’s a very comfortable environment, and the local lunch provided to Sasha was also very good Egyptian Experience! When we walked around and someone tried to scam me Sasha would tell them to go away, she really took my whole Egypt experience to the next level, choose her if you can!

The trip will take some physicality especially going inside the tomb of the pyramid where you will have to climb up crouching, hard on the legs if you are not use to it. Im still sore after 2 days lol. Our tour guide Fatma was very knowledgeable and thorough the whole time. As well as our driver to the site Islam

Really good tour, comprehensive tour of the Giza site. Inside the pyramid is tight and steep, but really interesting. We lucked out with our guide Mo, who was brilliant, engaging, great sense of humour and excellent communication throughout.

I really enjoyed this tour. Rasha was wonderful! I hope when I return I get to have her as my guid again. Fair warning, be ready for side excursions for shops and the aggressive local merchants. Rasha was wonderful in shoowing them away haha.

Loved my experience with Amara. She was very knowledgeable and made the tour much more interesting than if I were to do it on my own. Didn’t pressure me to shop or look at perfumes or papyrus. Highly recommend it!

I had an excellent experience with this tour guide during my visit. From the very beginning, he was extremely polite, friendly, and made us feel comfortable right away. We had a great time throughout the whole tour. He took us everywhere we wanted to go, managed everything smoothly, and even helped us skip queues, which made a huge difference and saved us a lot of time. He guided us every step of the way, always making sure we were enjoying the experience and understanding what we were seeing. One of the highlights was the food—he took us to places with very high-quality, traditional dishes, which made the experience even more authentic. Overall, a truly enjoyable and well-organized experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting.

If you’re planning to visit the Pyramids of Giza, you need to do so with Bassant! The experience has been unbeatable. We were picked up promptly at the hotel in an air-conditioned car, which was super comfortable. Once inside the complex, as it was not accessible by car, we took the bus to stop at the most emblematic sites; everything was very well organized and it was very easy to move like this. The rest of the day was spectacular. Bassant is a super friendly and super nice girl; she treated us wonderfully and you can tell she loves what she does. It made everything smooth, interesting and fun. We recommend Bassant 100%. Anyone who comes to Cairo should go with her because, really, everything went great. An experience of 10!"

We had an amazing pyramid tour guided by Nada Yassin, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Nada was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and engaging throughout the entire visit. She explained the history in a way that was both informative and easy to follow, making the experience even more memorable. I believe your experience will highly depend on the guide. I observed motivated and demotivated guides while visited the pyramids. The motivated guides knew and shared some interesting stories besides pure historical facts, knew great places for picture taking and generally seemed engaged and treated the guided trip a fun. Demotivated were just ticking the boxes. Rasha, our guide sits somwhere in the middle. Definitely knowledgeable but very factual and dry. No stories, no extra background, we felt like a school history lesson. Average English, sometimes not easy to follow. . . Not really into pictures (and teenage visitors need to feed their Insta). We spent 45 min driving to lunch (waste of precious time) followed by a typical tourist diversion to visit overpriced shops with opils and papyrus (avoid these unless you do want to buy sth. and you do not have time to do on your own). I would not select this tour again, gave it 3 stars since I understand the guides need an income and my guess is a large portion of what we pay lands in intermediaries (tickets were included in the price). However the guides, drivers expect the tip anyway and keep in mind they effectively work 6-8 months due to high temperatures in summer. Some advise: go as early as possible, start either from Spinx to have pictures without crowds or go to the Great Pyramid if you have an inside visit. The lines for the latter may reach 1h wait time outside (in the open sun) and it’s very narrow, humid inside with ppl going up/down both directions through tunnels 60-80 cm wide. Also find your time to just walk around and enjoy, park the guide somewhere because there’s constant pressure to move (to go and visit the overpriced shops since the guide needs that commission as well)… However the experience of visiting the piramids is simply unforgettable.
