Very exciting but calming at the same time. Pilot was knowledgeable and funny, great sense of humor. The certificates were a nice touch too.
The overall experience was really good, from the initial pickup meeting all the way to the balloon landing. However, the pilot was quite rude when verifying our vouchers at the end of the adventure. After booking the experience through Groupon and receiving a booking confirmation from Hot Air Expeditions, I had already marked my vouchers as "used." Because of this, the voucher numbers were no longer visible. The pilot became unnecessarily rude when asking for them, which was a disappointing end to a great trip.
Book your adventure early in the week because we were canceled, because of wind,on the day we scheduled, but were able to squeeze it in on the next day. Our Pilot Tommy was amazing. Very professional and also fun. He took time to make sure we were comfortable & felt safe. This was an incredible ride…so peaceful and beautiful! The breakfast was delicious and they even accommodated me with a gluten-free muffin. The basket was a little tough to get in and out of, but I did it even with a bad knee and one knee replacement. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I was headed to a conference and booked this last minute on the flight into Phoenix. I’m so glad I was able to cross off a bucket list item during this short trip! Our experience was Top Notch!! Ethan our driver was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions with such a warm spirit. Tommy our pilot was so funny and easy to talk to with so many years of experience. The service is and 10 out 10 . The breakfast was amazing as well.
