What an absolutely fantastic way to explore the city. The guide Evan did a fantastic job introducing us to the food seen and giving some important historical insight as well. It was a very nice day for the tour and the tour guide, Ariel, was nice, but I was not super impressed with the food tour. My wife and I have done the tour in 3 other cities and this was slightly disappointing by comparison. I feel like we found less “hidden gems” and more sweet treats. We had 5 stops and 2 were desserts. As a person who does not have a sweet tooth, I was hoping for some more variety. The cheesesteak pretzel, pierogi, and roti were good. I just wish there was more variety or quantity of stops. Overall, I wouldn’t say I know what the food scene truly is in Philadelphia which is a goal I have from these tours.
