Itinerario

Very knowledgeable about facilities and translating knowledge to his audience. Greatly simplified entrance to Supreme Court, Capitol, and Library of Congress.
They cancelled us at the last minute. Left us at the pickup location. Said the guide had an emergency. No backup plan?
It was a small group, so we could hear Fabio and we could keep up with him. He was very informative and gave us time to browse among the displays. I would have missed a lot if I had gone by mysrlf.
Three plus hours of interesting history led by our knowledgeable and engaging guide, Fabio. The conversation and banter beyond the tour script was a welcome addition. If you could only do one tour in Washington, DC, this would be the one to choose.
Wonderful look inside the Capitol and Library of Congress. Guide was so knowledgeable and interesting. Joe really looked after the group and took care of all the details.
Joe was great. Made the tour fun and was very knowledgeable. We had one family member that was having a walking issues and Joe was able to get us elevator passes.
Fabio, the guide was very good. This is not a priority experience. You have to wait online with everybody else who do not have tickets. It was extremely crowded the day we did the tour and it took four hours instead of two hours. It is worth it to walk through the tunnel to the Library of Congress and to see the Library of Congress.
We respectfully request that this review be reconsidered, as it does not reflect the quality of our tour or the service we provide. The reviewer specifically states that “Fabio, the guide was very good,” which confirms that both the guide and the guided experience met their expectations. The main concern expressed in the review is the long wait to enter the U.S. Capitol due to exceptionally large crowds during the July 4th holiday period. Our tour includes a professional guide who accompanies guests throughout the experience and provides commentary at the different sites. However, security screening and access procedures for federal government buildings, including the U.S. Capitol, are entirely managed by the federal authorities and are completely outside of our control. During peak periods such as the July 4th celebrations, all visitors—regardless of whether they are part of a guided tour or visiting independently—must go through the same mandatory security process and queues. The review is therefore focused on circumstances related to federal security measures and unusually high holiday attendance, rather than on the quality of the tour, the guide, or the service provided by our company. For these reasons, we believe this review does not accurately evaluate our experience and should be removed from the activity page.
Terrible experience. Granted it was July 3rd and DC was very busy and extremely hot. BUT this was not as advertised. The only real guide was the Capital guide. Fabio was nice but gave very little information. Still had to wait over an hour for security. Could have planned it on our own with better results. And was not a small group. Had over 20 peopleAlways have had great experiences using Viatar. This was surprising.
Excellent tour with Jo. Small group of 10 people guided thru tour of US Supreme Court, US Capitol and Library on July 2nd with record heat in the NE the only downside. 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Joe was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He made it feel like he was the 5th member of our party. We went to the Capitol, Library of Congress, and the Supreme Court with ease, and he had plenty of inside information to share. I would highly recommend this experience and Joe as your guide!
