Lugares y horarios de recogida
El asiento del coche es de pago y está sujeto a disponibilidad en el momento de la reserva. Los vehículos se asignarán en función del número de pasajeros. Recibirá un correo electrónico un día antes de la recogida programada con su referencia de reserva, nuestro número de atención al cliente y el nombre y los datos de contacto de su conductor. Para el traslado de salida, su conductor lo recibirá en el vestíbulo de su hotel. Tiempo de espera: 30 minutos después de la hora de recogida indicada. Indique la hora de recogida, el nombre y la dirección completa del hotel de recogida y devolución.

Very easy to use. Clean car and on time pick up and drop off. I would recommend this service to everyone visiting thailand
The driver was very friendly and kind throughout the trip. However, he was on his phone texting or reading texts while driving. We also had to pull over three times to confirm the hotel name, and at one point his phone stopped working, leaving him without navigation. I offered to help using my phone, but since it was in English, we still missed a few turns and the trip took longer than expected. While the driver himself was very pleasant, as a transport company I would expect drivers to have reliable navigation and a backup system, rather than relying solely on a personal phone. With a few improvements on the logistics side, this could be a much better experience.

Although I didn't receive everything included such as waters and cool towels our ride was good. The driver was punctual and pleasant and that's a plus.
