Fast paced walking is pretty much needed to complete this tour in the allotted time. Very informative.
Dave gave us a great overview and quick tour of the the PATH. He helped with explaining how to navigate the system without getting lost. You definitely want to use the PATH is you're in downtown Toronto during the Winter. Also, there are some nice food courts along the way.
My husband and I were extremely lucky to get Dave to ourselves on this walk. He had a great knowledge of the city and it's history. The PATH is something of a 'rabbit warren', but Dave navigated it with no problem at all. A very enjoyable walk, and would recommend it if you want to know about the PATH.
It is a good way to get an idea about what is contained within the underground Toronto network. It also teaches you how to navigate it. Filled with shops snd food courts, it allows you to move, shop snd eat without being exposed to the cold weather or rain. The guide is knowledgeable about the city history. I recommend it.
Very disappointed, we arrived in plenty of time, as requested, but our tour guide was a no show, total waste of our time.
We are sorry to hear that you were not able to be on the tour yesterday. The tour did take place at 1pm at Union Station with other guests. When we found out that you you could not find the guide, we immediately requested Viator to refund your money. I hope you have a good time for the remainder of your stay in the city.
There is quite a bit of walking up and down pathways and stairs but the pace is comfortable. Most of the walk was inside so ideal for a day which could be wet or miserable. Dave, the tour guide, was excellent and very knowledgeable of his city of Toronto
I received a reminder text from the operator the day before my tour, but absolutely nothing the day of. We were to meet at Union Station, but the operator gave me no information on how to find them or where specifically to meet We walked through Union Station, but since there were hundreds of people, there was no way to know who we were searching for. Very, very disappointed in missing the PATH tour, and irritated at losing my money.
I am sorry to hear that you were unable to find the starting point of the PATH tour. The directions and the location of the starting point of the tour are provided in the information from Viator when the tour was purchased. Our guides arrive at the tour 15 minutes before the tours begin, so we can assist some of our guests who may be having difficulties finding the starting point of the tour. I have requested that Viator provide you a refund. Viator will provide 99% of what you paid. Apologize that you were unable to join our tour...I do hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in the city. Dave
We had an amazing tour with Dave. We learned so much about the PATH and were able to go back and walk it by ourselves.
