Great, professional outfit. we were so excited for my sunrise balloon ride, but unfortunately, our flight had to be scrubbed at the launch site. the pilot and ground team noticed rapidly changing wind speed and direction. So even though they had a full basket of passengers, the pilot and the ground team made the call to ground the flight immediately. Whilst it was disheartening not to take off, it is incredibly reassuring to know that this company puts passenger safety above making a quick profit. The ground crew was professional and organised. As it happens they had a second launch site and after a couple of hours we managed to get into the air. Amazing experience. Would recommend these guys knowing that they won't hesitate to cancel a flight when nature doesn't cooperate.
