Wonderful. The staff was great, the route was wonderful and the horses look like they were well cared for.
I really enjoyed this horseback ride. It was very relaxing. Fausto was very kind and attentive. His young colleague speaks English very well and is very friendly. They took some very beautiful photos and videos of me. They ensure that everything goes well and are very gentle with the horses. Thanks again to them!

Was a very nice and peaceful horse riding experience. You don’t need to know how to ride a horse the guides will show you. They will take you on a very scenic tour. The guides also gave us fresh coconuts from the trees.

Pick up was supposed to be at 8:30am - no one ever showed and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Had to contact Viator and was told the new pick up time was pushed to 11am. I had already woken up early and got ready so that didn’t work for me. Ended up cancelling so I wasn’t able to do the tour. Had the pick up time been communicated to me in advance, I would’ve been understanding.
We sincerely apologize for your experience with the tour and for the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused. We fully understand your frustration after waking up early for a scheduled 8:30am pickup and not having anyone arrive, as well as the difficulty of not being able to contact us directly at that time. The change of schedule to 11am should have been communicated well in advance, and we are very sorry that this did not happen. We take full responsibility for this coordination failure and are currently reviewing our communication processes to ensure that situations like this do not happen again. We appreciate your understanding and the time you took to share your feedback, as it helps us improve. Very disappointed. Restroom was a shack no toilet seat no running water and the ground grounds were filthy. My husband was told to pee on the side of the building.

It was a good experience, great service and horses are very obedient to their master. It would have been better to have the opportunity to refresh in the ocean waters. Fausto was a great guide 👍🏻

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Pick up from the hotel was very prompt and good communication with the tour operator. We set off as a group of 10 and the guides were very attentive. The horses looked well looked after and the horse back ride itself was amazing. The stop at a natural water spot was also good, as it also gave the horses a bit of a breather before setting off back to base. We had the opportunity to canter on the way back, which we thoroughly enjoyed. At the end, we were offered a cold bottle of water as advertised and had the opportunity to look at local stalls, where we were not pressured to purchase anything. There was also an option to purchase a framed photograph and a personalised bottle of mamajuana, but we chose to buy the slightly AI generated framed photograph. This is a great experience and highly recommend it, and we will look to do it again before we return to the UK. Very well deserved 5 stars from us.
