Paseo por la Viena de Hitler

For someone who already knows about the history of the third Reich and Hitler, one will not learn much new. He did take us to some unique sites that were interesting. Our guide gave us earpieces that only fit in our left ear. I have significant hearing loss in my left ear. He wore his microphone down on his chest. I had a great deal of difficulty hearing his presentations and had to stand next to him so I could hear his voice rather than through the earpiece given. We took a tour earlier in the day when the Guide had one of those microphones that wrapped around her head and came right in front of her mouth and I had no problem hearing her at all.

A very important and educational walking tour, it really puts things into perspective aswell as teaching u lot about history If uou enjoy history I’d highly recommend this tour!

The name “Hitler” might turn some people off, and it shouldn’t. I really enjoyed this tour with Sigi, who took us through the life of Hitler, the lives of Jews in Vienna, and the terror of the Nazi regime. It is a very reflective tour on Democracy and I would highly recommend it to anyone who cares about what goes on in the world they live in.

Dieter really did a fantastic job in telling the story of Adolf Hitler and his association with Vienna. He took plenty of questions on the tour and had answers to them all. The pace was slow and comfortable everything was explained in detail. We both learned a lot on this tour especially about Austria's involvement in both world wars especially the links with Hitler.

This tour was one of the coolest parts of our trip! Deter, our tour guide, was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, including plenty of small details that you wouldn’t get from just looking up the information.

I grew up in Vienna, coming back every year to visit my parents, and I felt like it was my first time touring through the city. Simply magical!!! She made the experience so special. Fantastic transformation of history into present time, made you feel like you travel through decades of history in a few hours. Concise, well put together info. Plenty of time to ask question and integration of your own knowledge into what presented to you. Sigi is very caring and attentive to the guests with special social and cultural considerations to each one individually. I highly recommend this trip, especially if you are lucky and have Sigi with you.
